On the first sight, it indeed makes sense that the mean does not make any sense (regarding the last example)
That's why there is the weighted mean, to make certain situations more realistic.

1 doubt what if in mode there is three 40's and three 50's then which one to choose ?? Example: 20,30,40,40,40,50,60,50,50 .
