My standard default build for Heroic game content, manhunts, bounties and even Dark Zone is the following and it is very easy to build.
Specialization (Technician) (+1 Skill Tier)
Weapons: 1st The Capacitor Exotic AR | 2nd Any Other non-Exotic SMG, SG or AR | Side Arm: TDI Kard Custom (+1 Skill Tier when equipped)
Walker Harris Mask (Armor + Crit + Crit Mod)
Ninja Messenger BP (Resourceful Talent - Armor, WD, Skill Tier + Crit Mod)
Fenris Chest (Unbreakable Talent - Armor, Crit + Crit Mod)
Providence Gloves (WD, Crit, Crit)
Brazos Picaro's Holster (Armor, WD, Crit) \ +1 Skill Tier
Brazos Knee Pads (Skill Tier, Crit, Crit) / +50% Additional Magazine Size
Stinger Hive, (Striker Drone or Assault Turret)
About the TDI Kard custom ...doesn't the extra skill tier activate when u actually switch to the Kard ..it can proc overcharge ..but as soon as u switch to your Capacitor ..the skill tier of the Kard goes into a slumber.And i kind of use the same build ..only using 2 pieces of Brazos to give me the skill tier +ammo capacity .i use 3 pieces of Striker `.body armor equiped with Unbreakeble or Obliterate

Im shd 998 and matched this with not all maxed mods but this build shreds and has great survivability on Heroic. I wouldnt Mind a solo tank build for Legendary if theres a build for it please...

Thanks for this...I just return playing Division 2, last active playing was 3 years ago, so I got this St Elmo from a "welcome back " exotic cache....and I'm still figuring out what best build for it until I saw this video
Decent. I personally found that best solo build for my playstyle is 4PC striker, Catharsis mask, PS backpack with bloodsucker. Elmo and Rock'n'Roll elite specialization gunner. You rack up so much bonus armor about 2.2m when fully stacked and also you still have very decent DPS. Catharsis is good since it will give you bonus dps and status effect removal if the stacks are consumed. With new update you can reroll the stats on exotic armor parts too so im waiting so i could swap out the stats on Catharsis for Crit chance/damage.
I am PC and SHD 3388 and hit expertise 15. Will see about modifying my Strikers to match yours.
I run something similar for ouroboros smg. 4 pieces strikers, memento backpack and ceska chest with obliterate. I use technician specialization for extra tier and artificer hive to go with my shield. I make it where I have a tier 6 shield and still do good damage.
great, i have been using the same build, but i recently changed the chest piece with a Walker & Harris for the crit Damage.
PC and Game Console are to different things when it comes to game Division 2 builds 🤔🤨NothingButDickRider 🖕🏽
Meaning that build may work better in PC because of the aimbot on the PC and may not work just as well in game consoles keep it real NothigButDickRider 🖕🏽
