I bought a kush pad two days ago. I found out that the extra grip is shaped for the front foot pad to match the back one. Although you could use it for the kush pad
Renado Durley that makes sense! I love my squishy traction pad though. So comfy. And that TFL grip tape shreds my fingers. Like my phone won’t even unlock after I’ve carried my OneWheel 😂
Renado Durley yep I hate riding stock now! This is a great matchup. And you can even get the back traction pad to fit the Kush base, I believe. So it’s double kushh
Mike in Tampa not with this one, nope! They do have an extra thicc one that has given me an issue once or twice on initial engagement, but so far never while riding and I’ve done 100+ miles since installing.
Sentinel I prefer to remove it so I’m not pointing a hot hair dryer right at the controller. It’s also just a little easier to manage a single piece of the board when you’re working, IMO
Most mods void the warranty. Rail covers and fender are no problem, but changing grip tape can damage the sensor, so if you have an issue afterward, future motion may or may not cover it.
c0pyimitati0n they held up fine. Just picked up some grass and flowers with the corners. The adhesive was a bitch to get off but I recently switched to a magnetic mount so I can swap in my light rails when I want

@@c0pyimitati0n dont use glue. use blue loctite. it will stop them backing out but will still be able to get them out when you need. Dont use red loctite they will never come out again

I always drill holes in my sidekicks to have access to screw holes. Put the rail guards on a piece of wood and drill though them.

At the time, I had a v1, plus, XR, and backup XR for when I needed to ship the first one. Now I just have the XRs and my dad rides the v1

@@c0pyimitati0n dont use glue. use blue loctite. it will stop them backing out but will still be able to get them out when you need. Dont use red loctite they will never come out again
@@AlexNZL what color Loctite? Most of them cannot be used on plastic and school glue holds plenty good enough.
