Carter Hart`s situation had trickle-down effect here. The Flyers rushed him over in March to play 2 games. I understand why Kolosov is frustrated. Flyers Management has to learn from a situation like this.

I dont think eother goalie is waiver exempt. If Kolosov makes the team we would probably lose who ever we send down.

Kolosov getting upset because his fantasy of walking into the NHL uncontested was shattered by Fedotov signing is so weak. I hope that's not the reason he doesn't want to return, and I hope people don't think that a reasonable reaction to having a team sign another goalie in their system.
The team management must draw conclusions. Don’t waste draft picks on players from Russia and Belarus. The chances that they will come and play at full strength are not very great. They don’t want to play in the AHL. They have the KHL, where they pay a lot more money.
So as we normal rational people thought, Kolosov is the problem
