    Hi great video im just consfused at 8:40 im not sure where the one comes from in e^t. Then at 9:11 it goes from e^t to e^-t why is that? thanks.

      Its e^t , Next after 9.11 its writing mistake. At last of example , I corrected it. Hope this have cleared your doubt.

      Yes we want the format of function such that we can apply the standard formulae. For this at 9.10 we separate the numerator.
