  • Having trouble choosing between an All Terrain, Mud Terrain and Rugged Terrain tire? Check out this video to see the benefits and differences among these, so you can pick the one that's best suited for your driving requirements.
    All Terrain (Radar Renegade A/T5): Designed for both on and off-road use this range is an ideal choice for those who like to venture off-road but need an assured ride on-road as well. All sizes are 3PMSF certified making them officially approved for winter use. Select sizes are available in Outline White letters (OWL).
    This range is available in over 50 sizes from 15”-22” rim diameter with select sizes available in F load range. All sizes carry a 50,000 mile treadwear limited warranty and road hazard warranty in the United States and Canada.
    Mud Terrain (Radar Renegade R7 M/T): Designed for extreme off-road use, this range is an ideal choice for drivers who want no compromise with off-road traction and handling. Select sizes are available in Outline White letters(OWL).
    This range is available in over 30 sizes from 16”-22” rim diameter with select sizes available in F load range.
    Rugged Terrain (Radar Renegade R/T+): Designed for both on and off-road use, the rugged terrain range is a hybrid between an all terrain tire and a mud terrain tire, offering drivers the best of both worlds. On-road, this tire gives drivers superior handling with a quiet and smooth ride, while off-road it has the capability to go anywhere that a pure M/T tire can. Select sizes are 3PMSF certified making them officially approved for winter use. All sizes also feature a dual sidewall design allowing drivers to customize the look of their vehicle by choosing either the Piston-Skull side or the Dagger-shaped mud-penetrating lugs.
    This range is available in over 50 sizes from 16”-24” rim diameter with select sizes available in F load range. All sizes carry up to a 45,000 mile treadwear limited warranty and road hazard warranty in the United States and Canada.

    Best regards from Italy, Florence, I have looked on the internet that this is also measured in size 205-70-15. I want to buy it for my Suzuki Jimny 4x4 truck. I have looked at the radar RT MT tire card and they consider it a tire and the half between an all Terrain and a mud Terrain! How do they behave on the streets on wet and snowy pavement? Best regards from Italy Florence

    I have a question will a mud terrain tire on the highway when you take your foot off the gas slow your truck down a lot faster than normal tires I put 22inc wheels with 33-21.5 tires on my 2015 f150 and it seems like it’s a lot slower and will decrease speed kind of fast when I take my foot off of the gas just would like to know why also a 2.5 leveling kit

      Hi - our mud terrain is developed for maximum performance off-road with the compound utilized.
      We have not had any specific mentions of the tire slowing down faster, however if you had an All Terrain or All Season on your vehicle previously, the Mud Terrain is going to be louder, and less smooth of an on-highway ride.
      We'd be happy to answer any additional questions, please contact us via email at info@omni-united.com

    What would you recomend on a uk pick for our winters please? Im looking at the rt or mt

      Hi, while both the Renegade RT+ and R7 MT are good for off-road usage, they are not dedicated winter tires with a 3PMSF rating. Since they are not officially winter-rated tires we cannot recommend them for snow usage but we have had good feedback on the RT+ in winter conditions.

    Difference from a RT and the X

    • @Radartires
      @Radartires  14 дней назад

      Hi @navadocc, the Renegade-X is primarily an off-road tire that is designed for use on mud, rocks, gravel, and sand while the Renegade R/T is a hybrid tire offering both on and off-road performance.
      While we don't have a detailed comparison on both but we do have a noise comparison video here if that helps - ruclips.net/video/XvTVfQ-xbHU/видео.html
