Weight machine வாங்கி தினமும் weight check பண்ணுங்க.விலை 400ரூ லிருந்து கிடைக்கிறது .மிகவும் பயன் அளிக்கிறது. தாராளமாக மாதம் 3 கிலோ வரை குறையலாம். இது ஆரோக்கியமானது. இது என் அனுபவம். நான் 1 மாதம் ஒழுங்காக கடை பிடிப்பேன். ஒன்றிரண்டு மாதங்கள் இதனை கடைபிடிக்கமாட்டேன். சோம்பேறி. ஆனால் எடை அதிகரிக்காமல் பார்த்துக்கௌள்வேன். மறுபடி 1 மாதம் ஒழுங்காக இதனை கடைபிடிப்பேன். இப்படி 8 மாதத்தில் 10 கிலோ
குறைத்துள்ளேன். இன்னும் 10 கிலோ குறைக்க முயற்சி செய்கிறேன்.
