no 1-inch sensor = no point upgrading
I had been a GoPro user since 2012 with the Hero 2. I also had the Hero 4 Black, 8, and 10. I ordered the Hero 12, but they forgot to pack it into my package that they shipped from the factory and resent it one month later. I jumped on DJI and ordered two Action 4 cameras. It was the best decision ever. The battery life is longer, it has never overheated, and I can trust it to get the shot in extreme sports. I can easily and quickly mount it with magnetic clips, shoot vertically, and it has an easy menu and free editing software. DJI Care Refresh keeps me covered if I ever manage to break it for just €19 for a new camera. I love the front touchscreen and 10-bit color in normal and D-log mode. It just has much better build quality.

1) They should offer a version that's simply painted white. This would naturally help the thing stay quite a bit cooler especially out in the sunlight. It would also stand out a great deal for marketing purposes over all their previous cameras.
2) They should offer an attachable and detachable Manuel zoom lens. People use these cameras for all kinds of reasons not just action shots. Would sure be nice to be able to zoom up on people when recording! Even just a 5X Manuel zoom lens would be so nice and handy and make the camera a lot more versatile!
