Did you use a hot wash and dry? Because I’m the same. I bought some relatively expensive bed sheets in order for this to not happen and yet it still did..
I have the casaluna cotton sheets last night was my 3rd time washing since having them and the middle has pilling.. i was on warm and dry on low normally alone but this time i added a new blanket that needed to dry on low as well. we have to go to the laundry matt so washing and drying gets pricey which is why I made the decision to dry together.. but now I have pilling in the center.. i supposed where the blanket rolled inside the sheet.. I'll try these to see if they help.

Well, I already do my laundry in cold water, so I'm ahead of the game here.
Used my electric razor and it’s smooth as a baby’s ass now
