Having said this before Japanese Companies are very possessive of their IPs and sometimes don't care if it hurts them world wide. They just do not care, sad but true...
You know... I just realised that sooner or later the casual fans of FGO will also start wonder why less content is beng made as content creators avoid the risk of getting banned.That might in turn could lead to people coming conclusions that the game is dying and might start leaving too.

You want my tip. Here's my tip why don't you do what we did with Stellar Blade. Then maybe Sony will listen.

There is one thing that never was brought up and that is Japans law regarding Fair use aka non existense that can and will force companies to do decisions that they might not like. Specially regarding music that has been a sensitiv topic for many years no matter which game or show one has been used for content.
Also I hope you reached out to other content creators for this kind of talk, like Myst and Plushie considering that their content is affected and specially plushie as you are citing them

but plushie wasnt the one one with the copystrike was a friend of him who use title in japanese as he himself coment, and still he doesnt know if the strike is a real one or a troll one; as he say ithis week in somb cast
