The first program is the virtual gamepad driver that the program he uses in the video needs in order to work. UCR and some other remapping programs also use it.

Yes because there is no chance at all to be banned. With rewasd you can turn on aim assist which will result in a perma ban. If you don’t turn on aim assist it’s essential the same thing.

If it says you need winrar when you download it make sure to press open with windows explorer.
