Wow! I think that is just Brilliant! Obviously, it was thoughtfully designed. ( how many prototypes did you have to make?)😂. I would love to see your process of making each piece. I know you probably sell them but people without the tools or wood working skill will still buy them. Again, just brilliant! Thank You.
That's pretty clever. When I was growing up the Pocket Fisherman was the rage. So to solve my problem I whittled out a wooden looking Pocket Fisherman. It has a slant on the top where you can place a regular real instead of using zip ties I always use Velcro straps. I even drilled a hole in the end of it for the line to go through. I had got some little metal I hooks that I never used any of them for that of course I used my wood burning set to make ridges on the handle the whole things about 10 in Long and fits in the bottom of my haversack really easy. Sinkers are not that big of a problem. If you have a little extra material like off a handkerchief or a rag you can sew a pouch and fill it with sand or tiny rocks pretty easy. You just keep it away from the lure and I'm pretty sure you don't want bright colors. I keep all of my fishing stuff in a tobacco can one of the two ounce kind it'll hold a remarkable amount of lures weights and everything else. Personally I always go for a heavy line that is invisible in water. I'm not talkin about 50 lb or anything usually around 20 but I like a little bit of an edge as long as it's invisible in the water it's all good. If I ever break the fisherman it doesn't take very long to carve another one. I couldn't believe how easy and quickly it was to make. They're too damn expensive to buy brand new and they are cheaply made. I usually use a 33 micro but any size would fit it's carved out to slip the bottom part in and velcro straps hold it in place. I guess you could put an 888 if you really wanted to on it.

This is a stroke of genius.
Well thanks! Amazing what one can come up with when in need!
