Sometimes I wonder if there's anyone out there who watched the old channel all the way into this one. The mythical 1 viewer from the old days. Fuck I hope not, those videos weren't good. Maybe these ones will be.
Anyway Jinty the Dog Pack is an alternate history character drama. it's pretty good. Watch my review. Or don't. Also I was incredibly sick when I recorded this. I should've re recorded but I'll be real, I just don't want to. This shit ain't nothing to me, man.

I've only watched this movie twice first time I was a teenager and the second was 4 or 5 years ago and I recently watched Pluto on Netflix and this movie popped into my head several times while watching it, I may need to watch Jin-Roh again to see why.
on the topic of how nobody payed attention to this especially when theyres so many well known writers/artists playing in it. i feel like its because at the time people were trying to forget how devastating some REAL riots in japan were and how heavy terrorism was (jin roh literally released in 2001. 9/11)

I remember first seeing an add for the film in an of Toyfare magazine several decades ago, did care for anime, still kinda don't, BUT DAMN if that armor suit didn't make the memory stick. Know i actually want to see it.
You absolutely deserve WAY more views. This anime can be analyzed in so much depth, and you did a great job in a short time. Props!

I often tell people. If they want a movie centered around a Stormtrooper from Star Wars or a SS Trooper from well real life. This film kind of fills that void. A void that sadly needs filled but is a subject not touched upon. I love twist at the end of the film as well.
