I used soap + water and had to order another one cause it didn’t stick on there right lmao. Maybe I just didn’t know what I was doing but re ordered applied it w out it and it looks good
Could you use a plastic squeegee or plastic trim tool to get the vinyl pressed down tighter closer to the raised letters? Just ordered some for my F150.
Which one? Because the one I purchased specifically from my ford dealer did not. It was the bracket that holds the mini camera and pop out washer that was different and would not fit.
On fords accessory site it say is makes the Super Duty 2023 Front Lighted Ford Oval Halogen for Vehicles with Front Camera. Does this not fit the 2023 F-350?
I ordered it and tried to install it and it almost fit but the little bracket that holds the pop out fluid sprayer at the bottom did not line up and would not mount properly so i had to return it.
You have to remove the entire front grill off the truck first to access the backside of the grill to unplug the emblem harness, disconnect the water hose from the camera assembly.

If it’s a vinyl sticker can’t you use soap water and a small rubber squeegee to make this much easier? This makes it look like it’s a pain.

You should be able to use a pin to poke a hole where the air is and push it out. Not sure how thick the vinyl is though
I thought about doing that but I wanted to give it a few days first to see how it goes. A tiny slice with a razor blade would fix.

It’s possible. Maybe use a heat gun to stretch the film but it was hard to make it perfect.

Me too. I thought about sanding it and just painting it all black. Hopefully a new all black led replacement for the 23’ comes out soon.
