So forgive me, but I will give you a fan's personal understanding of who Sohyang truly is - She is a Gospel singer from her roots, and this IS her Cornerstone performance. Sohyang is a virtuoso and a musical genius. She does her own musical arrangements for her live stage appearances including the musical adaptation, the chorus and orchestra, the staging and lighting. She speaks Korean and English fluently, and reads French and Greek. She learned to speak American English watching Disney movies and listening to Pop music. She is also the author of four novels and lectures on Music and Voice at University. Sohyang's musical talents, elegance, sweetness, and the matchless range and power of her voice, are all on full display here. The last minute of 'Everyone'

This is like a 7 minutes long master class in the art of singing. Every singer out there watch and learn how it's done although this is a "dont try this at home" performance. Meaning Sohyang is in a league of her own absolutely world class to say the least! Keep on singing and aim to become better but be realistic about it. Few if any today can reach/match her level she's just that good!

SoHyang is influencing me to become a christian. The warmth in her voice and sincerity in her message is truly moving. And that beautiful smile and eyes melts my heart in the most purest form.
Yes, Sohyang speaks English _very_ fluently. She taught herself the language as a child by watching Disney's "The Little Mermaid" 'a hundred times' as she states in an interview. It takes her maybe half a minute to switch fluently from Korean to English in interviews, as she switches from one language's thought processes to the others.
Another very interesting thing about Sohyang is that also in 2015, the year this performance is taken from, she had given her live performances of "I Have Nothing," "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "Arirang Alone," performances that are truly immortal and that literally any diva who has ever lived would be incredibly envious to boast of. Yet by 2016 Sohyang was considering abandoning a singing career entirely because pneumonia was plaguing her so badly she didn't know what to do about it. She found new inspiration when she took a trip to New York, Boston and Philadelphia that year and discovered President Franklin Roosevelt's inaugural speech from the Great Depression where he assured his fellow citizens that there was "nothing to fear but fear itself." As soon as she got back to South Korea she entered the "King of the Masked Singers" contest and won it on six consecutive occasions in 2017!
Real fame began to enter Sohyang's life as live video performances of her started appearing with great frequency on RUclips and experts around the world lost control of their jaws in collective astonishment at this absolutely top tier diva and how she was _at least_ as great as any other they had _ever_ seen! It is hard for true talent like this to remain hidden in our day and age, and finally in 2018 David Foster himself was enthusiastically acknowledging her by doing eight concerts with Sohyang in Tokyo. Her pneumonia was finally under control by 2020 and Sohyang, while eschewing big contracts from the largest music labels in the world, has worked out a successful singing career throughout South Korea and is again making live concert appearances in North America for the first time since 2018. All of her fans around the world, and there are millions of them, celebrate her great achievements and pray for her continued good health and success here in her 46th year. 👀😎💖💖💖
Thanks for the great reaction to the spectacular So Hyang! Yes, she speaks several languages well, one of them English, though she is a S Korean native. She and her team do all the arrangements of her work. She is known to be a tireless worker, and I have heard her say in an interview she sings a song a hundred times before her performance of it.

Paolo, reazione eccezionale e completissima È veramente difficile mescolare tecnica ed emozione in modo equilibrato è altrettanto difficile analizzare una cosa del genere. Senza dubbio secondo me è la migliore analisi di Sohyang, dai reattori alla musica insegnanti. Mi è piaciuto il dettaglio dell'ombra sul volto di Sohyang in modo che ciò che veniva detto fosse più intimo.

Sì, Sohyang parla inglese _molto_ fluentemente. Ha imparato la lingua da bambina guardando "cento volte" la Sirenetta della Disney, come afferma in un'intervista. Le occorre forse mezzo minuto per passare fluentemente dal coreano all'inglese durante le interviste, mentre passa dai processi mentali di una lingua alle altre.
Un'altra cosa molto interessante di Sohyang è che sempre nel 2015, anno da cui è tratta questa performance, aveva eseguito dal vivo "I Have Nothing", "Bridge Over Troubled Water" e "Arirang Alone", performance davvero immortali. e che letteralmente qualsiasi diva che sia mai vissuta sarebbe incredibilmente invidiosa di cui vantarsi. She's been fluent enough in English due to self-study since her youth although she never lived abroad. Instead, over 50 countries for frequent official performances did she visit in her career.
Surprisingly enough, She also has studied the Bible in 5 languages [original Greek, Hebrew, Korean, English, Chinese] at the same time for decades to get it as right as possible as a deep christian and deliver to the public through the consecutive fantasy novel series being published still annually.
