양천향교 Yangcheonhyanggyo 2023

양천향교는 서울시에서는 유일한 향교로써, 1411년 (태종11년)에 유학을 토대로 한 교육기관으로 건립되었고, 문묘와 유학을 연구 강론하는 지방교육기관의 역할을 하였으며
1981년에 전면 복원하여 1990년 6월 18일 서울특별시 기념물로 지정되었다.
Yangcheonhyanggyo Confucian School is the only Confucian school in Seoul, and was built in 1411 (the 11th year of King Taejong's reign) as an educational institution based on Confucianism, serving as a local educational institution for research and lectures on Munmyo and Confucianism
It was completely restored in 1981 and designated as a monument of the Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 18, 1990.
