I am not a student who needs to study this but still after these videos it is MADE EASY such that even me with 0 basic knowledge can understand it! Nice video!
Thank you so much for your videos! I have an exam tomorrow and these videos helped me understand these topics! If I could like a thousand times I would.
Yes, the calculations are very similar to the ones form the last video. The video about calculations should be up within the next couple of days. I was sick for a while with the flu. I couldn't record with a froggy voice; it would mess up my image. :)
why on earth you think that indian need to improve accents for speaking english, it must be understood first as english is not a native or first language in asian and european countries you morons, and respected lady is from native english speaking country.
Hey idiot, their is no problem with Indian accent, problem is with your brain. First of all our first language is not English so its obvious that our flow and accent can't be same as you guys. Just notice any guy of Indian descent born and brought up in US or UK and you will find his accent as same as yours, so its all about where you were being brought up. Even natives of other European nations such as Spain, France, Germany etc. have shitty english accent and you can never speak Hindi with the same accent as us no matter how hard you try for the same reason.
oh my god you are great I never watched tutorials like yours you are making it very simple . I wish my teacher were like you I look forward to seeing what you have about diffusion, nucleation and growth and thank you very much
How about some videos on the different types of strengths we get based on annealing and the cooling rate? Also, in the future it would be nice to see a video on dispersion strengthening, precipitation hardening, and age hardening. No rush, my class is about over but I am genuinely interested in learning these concepts and you seem to teach them well. Thank you!
How to use Iron Carbon Diagram at your job with high temperature, High pressure, & corrosion conditions or in the selection of steels for a chemical or petrochemical plant to solve problems? Could you please give some insight into it.
thank you so much , your videos very very very helpful ! :) but we need more videos about phase diagrams & heat treatment as soon as you can.. please .. regards.
How can iron carbide diagram be used based on the requirement of application? For example boiler tubes Furnace tubes with aromatic compound Strength at a higher temperature requirements Does it help in selection of steel alloys. Thank you
Tue Minh Le Nhu I can answer that... because in industry no one prepares that grade of cast iron which has no any application.. bc9z its so brittle.. 👍
A Fe-C alloy containing more than 2% C is no longer called steel. It is cast iron. This holds true for non-alloyed steels and cast irons. Addition of alloying elements changes the game.
Thank You for all your Materials Science video tutorials. They are thorough, yet concentrated on the core aspects.

Can you describe what happens while cooling down in each phase?
thank you so much , your videos very very very helpful ! :) but we need more videos about phase diagrams & heat treatment as soon as you can.. please ..

Does it help in selection of steel alloys.
Thank you
Sorry but can you explain why we have a dotted line to separate liquid phase and liquid + solid phase instead solid line ? Thank you very much
Tue Minh Le Nhu I can answer that... because in industry no one prepares that grade of cast iron which has no any application.. bc9z its so brittle.. 👍
awesome! thank you so much for your work!
Thank you 💖
Can you use that same microstructure diagram for any phase diagram? Say for example Ag-Cu phase diagram?
great video. What would you classify steel with greater than 2% wt. carbon?
A Fe-C alloy containing more than 2% C is no longer called steel. It is cast iron. This holds true for non-alloyed steels and cast irons. Addition of alloying elements changes the game.
You are awesome! Thanks so much!
