    This excellent video is packed with information and creative illustrations including fundamental reasons behind the phase transformations, the difference between stable Fe-C and metastable Fe-Fe3C and cooling curves at different carbon concentrations, all perfectly explained, most likely the best on the topic.

    Great explanation video. Do you mind to explain a little further about Ferrite decarburization phenomena, related to this carbon enrichment ?

      During the lattice transformation from austenite to ferrite, the carbon atom simply no longer has a place in the already transformed ferrite lattice. It therefore diffuses into the adjacent austenite, which has not yet decomposed into ferrite. As a result, carbon accumulates in the remaining austenite over time.
