I’m holding tears while I listen to this. So emotional, hard and beautiful. How generous of you to share this and what a refreshing way for my personally to stop worrying for small things. Thank you
I love the advice of open conversation whilst in motion! I feel it really helps relax the mind too, so you aren't overthinking answers and leads to a more honest conversation without even realising it. Thank you!
Thank you guys! You are so brave, amazing smart and beautiful human beings . I’ve recently felt like I’ve lost empathy and humbleness which made me feel empty and lack of purpose, you have helped me to restore it . May God bless you ❤❤️❤️
What a refreshing and important watch. It reaches out on many levels and after following both Louise and Ryan for 6 years on instagram, through the ups and downs, it is so good to see both of you sitting down and sharing your love, respect and vulnerabilities with each other and with us. I can’t see that this will help many people and also help continue the healing journey you are both on. So well done. If anyone struggles listening to podcast, this is a weekly must watch. Thank you to you both for sharing yourselves in order to help others. 😊
What an insightful and honest podcast. Am so sure you will help so many people to be able to start to have those difficult conversations. The piece of advice to write a letter/message is so useful. My husband has Asperger's and so trying to get him to sit down and not just listen but to "hear 😊" me can leave us both feeling unheard and hurt. We now write a small note and that gives the other person time to process what the issue is and its not one person just attacking the other which it can feel like. Well done guys and so looking forward to watching further podcasts. X
Such a poignant podcast, you’ve both been through so much but if there is one thing to come out of it, your relationship is so strong now and your communication is amazing. Great podcast , really enjoyed the honesty. 🥰
Really interesting conversation! I wanted to point out that actually what Ryan mentioned regarding mobile talking, where you start a deep conversation whilst doing something, is actually a fully formed therapy method! Crazy that he came up with that on his own it's actually really impressive. Studies have shown that (usually men) will feel more confident opening up when partaking in side to side therapy - this is when a person is usually focused on something else and why you will see (stereotypically but also realistically) men opening up whilst playing video games, whilst playing sports like golf or tennis, or even whilst sat next to each other at a bar. There are now charities that put on events where men of all ages can do side-to-side activities whilst opening up about their feelings! Really good podcast 🥰
Louise has no doubt been through hardship and gruelling illness but is so self-involved. I had to unfollow on Instagram. So hungry for attention and pity, and thinks the world needs to know her every micro thought, worry, indulgence, outfit, weekend activity. Superficial things, show off things, woe is me things. I find Ryan a more genuine and self-effacing character, but is so tangled up in Louise’s web of narcissism, he can’t see the wood for the trees. Look outwards Louise, you’re an intelligent person, the world is bright and interesting. And a lightbulb moment - it becomes an easier place to navigate when one realises it doesn’t all revolve around self 💡
Please don’t be quick to judge. Ryan has been closed off to the public and he’s finally getting ready to show more of himself. I don’t think it’s all about Louise in reality. Give him some time to open up. It should remain a safe space.
@@RebeccaThompson-g1i monetising sympathy at this level just doesn’t seem right. Even the quote on the video thumbnail ‘in six months….’ is chosen for click bait 🤔 I think a certain amount of introspection is important for us all, but she’s gone well beyond that now. The world is better when we occasionally shine the light outside of ourselves. I think Louise is articulate and a gifted communicator but hasn’t found ways to talk about things without bringing them all back to herself and her experiences/suffering. If a day comes when she’s posting about broader topics or shining a light on causes/people outside of her own orbit, I’ll take my hat off 🎩
There are real problems in the world Lousie, like all the Palestinian kids in Gaza , some even Leos age, who have been bombed and burnt alive by Netanyahu , and i dont see you speaking up about it, why dont you use your platform to actually raise awareness about real atrocities in the world and how the UK is funding Israel!
What are you doing to speak up about those issues? Why do you place such importance on Louise to speak about it? Why don't you go on a political podcast and find the information you need? You are trolling

As someone with a chronic illness I super understand Louise getting excited about having the surgery ❤

They are both such remarkable people and they give me hope that everything in life can get better surrounded by love ❤
This made me cry! Having major surgery to save my life this literally resonated so much❤

Wow I think you're both great, Ryan is a natural xxx
Amazing podcast
Will you be sharing the first episode of the podcast as a video too?
You are so pretty Louise.
Louise you're a pretty crier. Another great episode guys!

The worst, most callous comment I have seen in a long time. Please delete this and have some compassion. Awful.

Omg there are other wars going on. Are you speaking on those too? Louise can’t stop a complex war in the Middle East you douche
