I ended up doing my thermostat and waterpump around 150k as preventative maintenance. They were okay except the upper mounting ear of the pump broke off (bad rubber mounts). I think doing coolant flushes, keeping good coolant mixture in the system attributed to that. You'll know if it is an original waterpump if the aluminum bolts have blue dots on the ends still. If not, it's been changed before
