This was a classic day on the island of Crete. I hit up Tavronitis beach early before the waves set in. Then when I got back to my Aunt and Uncle's in the village, my aunt had made my favorite summer food, Gemista. Then for dinner, I stopped by my other Uncle and Aunt's restaurant, To Arhontiko, for an epic meat feast.

So thanks to you, we tried Arhontiko restaurant last night on our first night in Gerani. We’ll be there every night for the week. It’s bloody amazing. The food and service are spectacular. And it’s not full of tourists. It’s full of locals - the best recommendation there is 🇬🇷❤️

Everything looks good, but the refrigerator had already served its time. The vegetarian food looked delicious, yum yum.

Just had a fabulous meal at your Uncle and Aunts restaurant and we were not disappointed.
So many restaurants that have lost their way.Not this one.
Good Honest cooking with quality ingredients .
