    How about Radon?

Good question! Buying a home with radon can of course raise some concern. That said, most homes with high levels of radon can be fully mitigated with a radon mitigation system. And the cost for that is usually between $800 to $2,500 (or more, depending on the home’s size). And there is the chance that it could impact resale down the road (as some buyers may be wary of purchasing a home with a history of high radon levels). All in all though, radon problems can be effectively managed with proper testing and mitigation, so usually it’s not a complete deal breaker. Thanks for the question!

can't wait to move to Idaho, looking forward to it, and I wouldn't buy a home that had those problems, I was a building inspector so I would think I wouldn't have those problems without knowing about it first, see you soon
