Why do people keep trying to bring up that doctor's past?? If I walk up to some guy on the street and stab him, it doesn't matter if he had a criminal past or not. I'd still go to prison. Any past wrongdoings, true or otherwise, do not change this situation because it is completely unrelated.
Because any shade different than white will automatically raise suspicion of your character regardless of the situation. If he were a Caucasian man, he'd be titled as a loving father, brother and dedicated doctor. Maltreatment is only justified when it's not the average looking 'American,' and it's kinda terrible.
I will try to hit a few points. first you stabbing someone and a copy telling you to be move, you refusing, and them physically being removed are to very different things. though I do understand the point you were getting at. 2 why his past matters is related to explaining why he didn't move when ordered. note that the airlines has the right to remove you, whether you purchased a ticket or not. but the biggy here is when a officer tells you to move, you move. you don't argue with them there. that is simply the law and power we give them to keep order. Now, if you disagree with how someone is forcefully moved or removed from an area. that is your right to state and take to court. that what judges are suppose to be for. 3. yes United should not have over booked the flight, but they own the plane, we don't own the seat when we buy a ticket, and choosing to believe we do does not change the fact we dont. if you wanna change or make a law saying we do, you need to do that. but until that law exists we simply don't and they can throw us off. 4 knowing his history indicates whether he has a tendency to conduct himself in a manner that is illegal and it explains his chosen course of action. it simple points out that he was not an innocent victim that got jacked up by the cops and would like cause the same result in other situations. 5 should the cops have removed him that way? yes and no. they should have started out by talk, which it appears they did. then gone to informing that he would be physically removed if he refused to comply and they would discuss his issues outside the aircraft. then physically removi MN g his seat belt and taking him arm softly but forcefully and provided a firm get up or be removed, and if he continues to resist, dragging him off by force. note that there are many issues here, but at the end of the day the doc will likely lose any case ask he was obstructing before force was used. the video proves that. he will have to prove excessive force, which being in a confined space will make it difficult to prove, and yes I watch the video multiple time. so that it in a nut shell.
We also need to bear in mind that this happened in 2003, when he became a felon. People change, and having time to look back he might very well regret it, we don't know. The crimes give you a sense of his character of him 14 year ago. Today? We don't know.
I find it really disgusting that every time a normal citizen is in the middle of a controversy, people need to browse his whole life to figure out whether he is Mother Theresa or Hitler.
KanalDerGutenSache Yeah, everybody makes mistakes. It's like one of the black teens who were shot by police - people look all through their 15-17 years of life and talk about godamn criminal charges from shoplifting etc... in the life of a person growing up in some of the poorest areas of America, where like 80% of the people there have those charges, and you sort of have to break the law to survive any more than just day to day.
x1c3x Same, dude. I've seen that episode of Bullshit about her and she seems to have been really nuts about her suffer cult. I just used her for the intention of my sentence. Mea culpa. (She would be proud of me now)
With the logic that everyone makes mistakes and that everyone can get another chance doesn't that apply to United as well? Some people forget that when bashing United and defending the man. The fact that United is a company and not a person makes them even more deserving of a second chance. I'm not saying they should or shouldn't have a second chance. I'm also not trying to Lessing what United did.
I think companies should get less chances. They have a lot more money and power than a person does, and y'know with great power comes great responsibility. Companies can afford to take the fall if they make a mistake, and allegedly always make considered decisions, compared to people, who make impulsive decisions sometimes. Or at least that's how it should be, though sometimes companies do things without "thinking" about it.
what I am surprised at is nobody has asked this question, "why didn't United just have the computer randomly select another set of 4 people, and "up'd" their offer to the maximum amount of $1300 ??? I'm sure "someone" would have finally stepped in a took the money." But maybe Im wrong, and everyone needed to get home... as for me, for as many airline choices that we have, I will never fly United, this is not the first incident I have seen from them.
Yeah, I've wondered that too. Out of everyone on the flight, certainly they could end up with people willing to leave. There wasn't any reason they had to make that one particular guy leave.
They probably will make that their policy in the future, the problem is nobody working at that time wanted to break from official procedure and employ common fucking sense. (Breaking procedure usually gets you in trouble.)
ehh plenty of people have asked this question, actually. I've seen it plenty. Also, airlines, normally, when they have problems with "volunteers" they generally do move on because while they just don't need the hassle. This was an unconventional situation with the customers already on the plane. It's also a potentially illegal situation. I'm certainly going to continue to watch the case. I hope they crash and burn.
ive never heard of a plane having a computer to randomly select people before just makes u think did the staff just pick him because he was old and looked like he wouldnt fight much
I saw a report from a passenger that a man told the stewardess that he'd leave for more money and she just laughed in his face. He reportedly asked for $1600, but he was probably bargaining and could have been persuaded if they said $1300 was the most they were authorized to do. They were just trying to save a few hundred dollars and ended up loosing millions.
that ceo guy is lying through his teeth. People like him know how to use media and perception to make him seem like he wasn't aware of what was going on. He knows what he's doing, he knows what happened, he's just trying to save his assets
Nicole's Saggy titties TV it should fall under a similar legislation as when you rob a house & the owner shoots and kills your accomplice, you get tried for murder (or smth to that effect)
I feel like the CEO is a cheater who was caught on multiple ways and posted a public "apology" on FB only once he accidentally sent the video of it all to his partner being like "okay but look at how awesome this was"

Jonathan Simpson I don't respect him for doing what should be base level appropriate and a requirement for a public figure in his position. We shouldn't have to think, hey I give him some credit for doing what he should have been doing... don't let your expectations drop so low. he's a scum bag
Here's the thing. I've talked with Russian people online plenty of times in my life. Most of them are just like Americans if not nicer than most Americans, almost reaching what we stereotype Canadians as being. For posting purposes, I'll just refer to one of them as Alexander. I didn't get to talk to Alex for very long, but I found I have more in common with him than I do with Trump, or Hillary, or even Obama, and he has more in common with me than with Vladmir Putin. Congruently, Putin, Trump, Hillary, and Obama all have more in common with each other than they do with the people they represent. This xenophobia that our governments try to make us feel towards each other is totally unfounded, and I hope that with the power of the Internet, that we continue to break down these walls and come together as the brothers and sisters we really are.
"This xenophobia that our governments try to make us feel towards each other" Uh.... "This xenophobia that our mainstream medias*** try to make us feel towards each other" Fixed.
He seems like the kind of guy who could read a prepared statement just fine, but when he has to improvise, his brain just starts going "ohcrapohcrapohcrap."
Tbh I love the longer format. I watch these the day after they are posted, and 15ish minutes of awesome current events coverage is a great way to start the day. The work you all do is so important and so awesome and the world is better for it. Thank you thank you thank you.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding that because Chechnya is a republic and has both its own constitution and legislation, the only time it ever has to be represented by the federal Russian government is in international affairs. Beyond that, it can chose to recognise federal laws or not based on whether they coincide with the republic's. This isn't the first time Chechnya has had problems like this. Homosexuality was decriminalised federally for the second time in Russia under Yeltsin in 1993, but anal sex of any kind was made illegal in the Chechen Republic-Ichkeriya in 1997, for which the first and second time offences were caning, and the third was the death penalty. Evidence of detainment, torture, and executions under the Kadyrov government have been circulating since the 2006 Human Rights Watch, the 2009 New York Times article "Slain Exile Detailed Cruelty of the Ruler of Chechnya", and the 2009 Amnesty International reports, the latter of which also stated that the Russian Federation was doing nothing to give Chechens the ability to redress or hold accountable any of their kidnap-and-torturers (according to the admittedly very brief skimming I did). This isn't anything new, really, is my point; it's just the scale of the atrocities that is. I think that's quite sad.
Independent is not entirely true though since they can't decide to not be part of Russia. Just like the "independent" states in the US can't just decide to leave. (If you are going to argue that they can, just remember the American Civil War. They can't)
Hidden Masquerade I weighed 10lbs 11oz at birth in the early 80s. I give it to any woman that births a child. My dogs weigh 8lbs and 12lbs and I can't imagine something that size coming out of my nether regions.
Absolutely *NEVER* flying United again, no matter what. I'd rather hitchhike! BTW: I quite like the longer shows, keep it like this! Happy Birthday, James!!!
On the topic of Swatting, my opinion is that the original *claim* made by the offender should be considered when confirming the charges to be made. If the offender says there is a drug lab and the victim gets away with mior injuries then it can be an assault charge. However if the claim is that of a murderer/kidnapper/terrorist then the crime of murder (attempted or otherwise) should be charged. At that point you're sending hitmen wearing badges, they will act to protect themselves given the scenario.
It's not that they're sick - it's that they're removed from the real world. This stuff only happens on their computer screens, so they don't connect with it. Look up the online disinhibition effect
No. Just no. Cops should not be murdering innocent people, and the victims of swatting are, by definition, innocent victims. If Cops shoot someone who isn't a threat, that is on them. And no, an anonymous phone call is not enough to make an unarmed person a threat.
I just finished wiping off my monitor...first time clicking on your secret links. I clicked first 1, felt "eh.." Then I clicked Ramsey link. (My 5 year old daughter and I WERE eating lunch) "...grandad's knee replacement *high pitch giggle*" then we launched our lunch and into laughter! Thank you!! That felt great !! :) :)
Corporate Crony feels ashamed, but not for what happened to the man on the plane, it's because he lost hundreds of millions of dollars is what he's ashamed about! XD
I'm taking 18 hours in college and work a job on the side but I always find time to watch your show, no matter the length! Thanks for everything you do Phil.
To be honest I booked tickets on United for $300 dollars this week to LA for a trip in July. Previously the tickets were $600-$700 for a round trip. Every airline has done terrible things. I'd rather profit off of their mistake and get tickets super cheap than boycott them for one trip and eventually have to use them again.
I'm scrolling through the comments looking for anything to do with the pure gold Phil said in this video but I'm amazed that no one pointed it out. Welp I guess I will. "Vagina's are magic" - Philip Defranco 2017
Hey Phil, you cover the story on the JW ban happening in Russia if you get the chance. It's really interesting what precedent the decision could set in Russian courts and I don't see it covered in the media enough. Either way, love your videos, especially the longer ones, keep it up.
Travis Dittmer, I highly recommend going on the Philip Defranco subreddit, as your suggestion won't get lost in the comments over there. reddit.com/r/DeFranco
He's only apologizing because they're getting shit from people, and the story is getting so much media. And since when are employees more important then customers? Couldn't the employees flying, get another flight? 🤔🤔
Why couldn't they just find another way to get their employees around instead of forcing people off the flight at all, when clearly these customers own lives and schedules were important enough that a refund wouldn't have been able to cover?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
TheDarkOrigins Perhaps because the customer is supposed to come first. Maybe I was just raised to believe that if someone pays for a service, the payment goes through, and an official trade has been made (ticket-->seat on plane), he or she shouldn't be that inconvenienced on behalf of the employees' needs/wants or the company's irresponsibility. It's incredibly rude and frankly foolish for United to inconvenience a customer to this extent.
TheDarkOrigins If you only worked one day a week and you were going to miss that week's worth of a paycheck, which for a doctor is probably a decent size, you wouldn't want to get off the plane either. I am not on United's side but it wouldn't be fair for the doc to get to stay on board and someone else get bumped. My opinion is based on the situation of what happened, not what United should have done by rerouting their own employees.
Honestly I don't see a difference between swatting and taking a revolver with one round chambered and just burst into someones home and fire the gun a couple times. "Hey, you didn't get shot! hahaha just a prank bro!"
Banana Bread mmmmm, no. breaking into someone's home with a loaded gun and firing it around is a felony offence, two if you count the illegal entry, and three of you get charged with attempted murder. vastly different from criminal mischief, making false reports, and endangering the public, but can be felony charges given certain circumstances. both should be severely punished. Edit : both situations should be severely punished.
again, you misunderstood the comment to begin with. What the guy is trying to say is swatting someone will give a possibility for someone to get shot. While people do it as a prank or just to be a dick, the chance is very real. Say the home owner is in the middle of cutting something in the kitchen. Swat rolls in see's the knife and the guy is too shock to drop it, chances are he's gonna get shot. He's comparing it to taking a revolver with one bullet and shooting a couple times, while it's a 1/6 chance of a round being fired. The chance is still there. It was a valid compassion which made perfect sense and had no need for an insult. Which by the way, saying something about your IQ if you seriously don't get that.
Hell yes I'm still flying United. I do think what happened was horrific but because the loss in stock prices means lower flying costs. I'm going to get a whole row to myself for $100!
You're awesome! About that United Airlines situation, clearly I'm with your first statement. It's a customer having already exchanged and done the whole process of boarding when he is handled in the worst manner possible. The CEO and his excuse are as false as any high ranking company member and only interested in keeping the profit up. Also lots of thanks for your honest and clear words about the youtube situation and how things develop, surely I'm hoping for your own news agency to come soon. I'm really happy about your high coverage of international events as well - Living in Germany it seems like the political rattling is just in front of my door. The whole eastern conflict might hit the fan soon enough. I respect your ability to step back for a moment and to admit if you are not certain what to make out of the events and feel free to tell us so. Anyhow, since you are able to clarify how trustworthy any information is and where this certain point of view comes from I think your coverage is still necessary and important, especially since there's barely anybody out there from Europe, who's able to be as neutral whilst sympathetic with basic human rights as you are. Haven't seen any report yet where I had to disagree :)
Well, it landed her in the family of billions, and now wife of the president... Must be someone damn good for her to do better in. And she maybe pretty and smart, but she isn't THAT pretty and smart to land another billionaire with higher expectations. Besides, she now has a son here...
William DatKKid It's not like she isn't getting anything out of the relationship, she gets billions he gets a hot wife (trust me he could get a better looking 20 year old if he wanted), there's a lot of women who will forgo looks for money.
What scares me most about the Chechen gay detentions is a quote from The Guardian's article about the situation: “I haven’t had a single request on this issue, but if I did, I wouldn’t even consider it,” Kheda Saratova, a Chechen activist who is on Kadyrov’s human rights council, told a Russian radio station. “In our Chechen society, any person who respects our traditions and culture will hunt down this kind of person without any help from authorities, and do everything to make sure that this kind of person does not exist in our society.” It reminds me very much of Duterte in the Philippines saying "If you know of any addicts, go ahead and kill them yourself," during his recent crackdowns. This shit is scary.
Ian Morris yes, people in Chechnya do not accept "gay". Chechnyan people are Muslim, can you name one Muslim country where being gay is widely accepted? There is non.
Elena, to answer your question, Albania. Regardless there are plenty of non-muslim countries that are intolerant of gay people, being religion x or not does not determine that result. It doesn't make me more or less scared of what Chechnya is doing right now. And I can name plenty of Muslim countries that don't have these detention centers.
Jake Morrison They totally do, hell my friend got pulled over for having an expired registration and had a gun pulled on him. Some cops are apparently not taking any chances, and sometimes that comes at the cost of people who didn't do anything getting shot or tased, or dogs getting shot when the wrong place is raided.
Just a Lurker do you ever think police stop and think "maybe acting in an extreme way initially is going to make people freak out and act out of character?" seriously like what do they expect people to behave like when they immediately pull their ticket out for something like an expired registration :/
Actually the Swat team does. That's the purpose of the Swat team to begin with. They get called in when major shit is going down. When someone "swats" someone, they're not just calling the police on them, they're calling in a terrorist/hostage situration. Tear gass, broken windows and doors, and rubber bullets are always a given when they show up on the scene.
+ oralom It seems that situations should be assessed more critically then, before the SWAT team goes in, I mean seriously, if some rand-o calls the cops and says "there is a terrorist sleeper cell across the road from me," then the SWAT just goes in shooting? It seems to me that PDs should exercise more discretion when sending SWAT teams, if cases like the one shown are a common problem.
+MegaProudAlbanian I mean I don't see why they wouldn't knock. If the cops get a call from some guy about someone else that they have never had a problem with, going in guns blazing seems like overkill. You can knock with guns drawn, but it would seem odd to indiscriminately destroy property of innocent people (assuming we still go by the standard of innocent until proven guilty)
I hope their stock falls to single digits, so I can look into buying some of their stock in the future then I hope they rebound to where they were (>70). Also, when you intentionally call the police on the premise of conducting a hoax, no matter the outcome, you should be charged harshly. As long as you knowingly committed the act against another person, you _should_ go to jail for a long time, assuming you're convicted of the charge(s).
As a bona fide asian, I can tell you, it is truly impossible to tell Asians apart. We can only distinguish Japanese because of their weird ways and looks...
It's the Blum-Fox If you have an understanding of genetics, like an anthropologist or something, you can definitely tell different Asian nationalities apart. But a regular person, not necessarily.
It's the Blum-Fox the same should go for people of the usa and britain, middle east countries, india and pakistan and bangladesh, african countries, etc. so make sure you don't get mad if someone assumes you're from another country before you question the same about others
Punishment for swatting "doesn't" need to be harsh, it needs to be "known". There's tons of evidence that severity of punishment doesn't equate to reduction of the crime. Part of the issue is "knowledge"; the other big factor is the likelihood you will be caught for committing the crime. If it was well-known that you were 90% likely to get nailed for swatting and would face five years for the crime, then the problem would all but stop entirely.
I'm soooooo happy about these LONG EPISODES!!! Phil does such a good job at presenting the news in an unbias way and fighting "fake news" by doing his research, so the longer the episode the better!!!! Also, Happy Birthday James!!!
on the spicer story-- im not super mad. I feel the situation speaks for itself- spicer has revealed himself over and over again to be a bit dim witted and not the proper man to be secretary of the press particularly under trump. Trump needs a man for this position that is able to spin his ludicrous tweets/statements and make them seem coherent and intelligent, and spicer is not able to do this (although im not sure if there IS any man who could). To return to the this statements at hand, i feel that spicer minced his words and showed is inability to adequately respond to a situation. You can see in the second clip from the conference and in his apology that he did not mean to minimize the holocaust. This situation has made me lose even more faith in his capabilities, but im not angry or offended.
LittleFuzzyMonster yeah, he just caves under the pressure of the media and starts spewing dumb half sentences and unchecked alternative facts. It's quite sad, really...
I probably won't fly with United for a long time... They are usually the cheapest flights, but if I have to pay a little more to not have my face smashed in, I will.
It's so funny. I get notifications from other RUclipsrs and I think: "Oh cool I'll check that out later." then you upload and MY ENTIRE DAY stops so I can watch your stuff right when it's uploaded lol.
If there is no video tomorrow, its because Editor James killed me. lol
Hope to see you then! Don't get used to shows this big. :)
Philip DeFranco first reply
Almost 20 minutes???
Oh man, I feel sorry for James
love the long show!
Philip DeFranco I'm so early :D
We're enjoying the long shows- maybe there could be one every week or every other week. Thanks for a great video!

Why are you not the top comment ? LMAO
Holy shit, i havent checked this comment since i made it and i didnt realize it had gotten so many likes. also, i edited it to fix uninted/united typo
The Pepsi jokes in early 2017 were hilarious.
Damn, your frankness and courage knows no bounds. I really love it. You're the man! this world needs more people like you Philip!
that's true
Creative North true, that's why Casey Neistat recommended Philip's reaction about United Airlines scandal.
Creative North Yeah this world needs more Philip deFranco than Pepsi 😆 😅 😂
too bad I'm not an american, I would really love to vote for him in the next presidential election, or to any position.
I'm liking the longer shows, Phil! Keep it up :D
m1ss beryl RIP James
m1ss beryl Read his pinned comment
we just gotta peer pressure him into doing it haha
it's official. everyone I watch on youtube watches this channel.
And the Oscar goes to.... Oscar Munoz for his portrayal of a CEO who gives a crap about his customers.
I don't think he deserves that Oscar, cause none of us believe it.
Does that mean we get to drag him off stage?
mhm..I just think it was damage control from his part. The whole thing screamed fake to me.
mjdavan3 sounds like he's the stereotypical CEO sociopath
"Stereotypical CEO sociopath" What does that even mean?
I stopped flying United years ago. Aside from moving me like a piece of luggage from point A to point B, they provided no service.
If someone gets swatted, and someone is injured or killed. The person who called the swat should be charged with attempted murder.
Nicole's Saggy titties TV manslaughter
Conspiracy to murder by police ahah
Nicole's Saggy titties TV it should fall under a similar legislation as when you rob a house & the owner shoots and kills your accomplice, you get tried for murder (or smth to that effect)
Nicole's Saggy titties TV
Makes sense. (Not saying that sarcastically. I know a lot of people say this sarcastically
Nicole's Saggy titties TV especially considering that story last week of the getaway driver who got charged with the murder of her accomplices
Literally the only news show I watch or trust. I appreciate you 🙏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Why do I get more from here in 16 mins than from a full day of cnn?

lol, I feel like this is the 3rd or so time he's said this. Doesn't make it any less true, just funnier.
"If the booty too thick it may be a trick"
Sean Spicer always looks like a short sighted person trying to read off of queue cards
I got respect for Spicer apologizing. I still don't like him, but I respect him for manning up and saying he was wrong.
Jonathan Simpson I don't respect him for doing what should be base level appropriate and a requirement for a public figure in his position. We shouldn't have to think, hey I give him some credit for doing what he should have been doing... don't let your expectations drop so low. he's a scum bag
Somehow I agree with both your comments
+autisonm Mass slaughter of civilians isn't weaponizing gas?

Here's the thing. I've talked with Russian people online plenty of times in my life. Most of them are just like Americans if not nicer than most Americans, almost reaching what we stereotype Canadians as being. For posting purposes, I'll just refer to one of them as Alexander. I didn't get to talk to Alex for very long, but I found I have more in common with him than I do with Trump, or Hillary, or even Obama, and he has more in common with me than with Vladmir Putin. Congruently, Putin, Trump, Hillary, and Obama all have more in common with each other than they do with the people they represent. This xenophobia that our governments try to make us feel towards each other is totally unfounded, and I hope that with the power of the Internet, that we continue to break down these walls and come together as the brothers and sisters we really are.
michaelbianchi22 Amen!
"This xenophobia that our governments try to make us feel towards each other"
Uh....
"This xenophobia that our mainstream medias*** try to make us feel towards each other"

You'd think that, but knowing trump's vocabulary he probably doesn't even care. Spicer is gonna be here for the long run.

Tbh I love the longer format. I watch these the day after they are posted, and 15ish minutes of awesome current events coverage is a great way to start the day. The work you all do is so important and so awesome and the world is better for it. Thank you thank you thank you.
If someone swatted me than I would want some compensation!
I would want a little more than some
I would want a little more than a little more.
i would want a little more than a little more than a little more
i would want my swater to be shot in the face with a rubber bullet
I would want a little more then a little more then a little more then a little more... in short, the most! 😂
People are going to forget about this, like they forgot about the whole thing about Adam Saleh lying and getting away with it.
i agree
I really enjoy these longer videos, Phil.
I think 20 min episodes are god. You're able to hit a lot of topics and provide lot of info on each.
Pepsi: "We may have made the worst PR move of the year..."
United Airlines: "Hold my beer-"
Sean Spicer: "LEEEEROY JEEEENKIIINS!!!!"
Thank you for the info!
Yes, Russia has had military activity there, but Chechnya is an independent sate. The news reports are highly misleading.
Independent is not entirely true though since they can't decide to not be part of Russia. Just like the "independent" states in the US can't just decide to leave. (If you are going to argue that they can, just remember the American Civil War. They can't)
I really appreciate the long form content, keep it up
"It would have been to long." "Oh really?" 😂😂😂😂
massive respect for my mom who had me and my twin sister, which combined weight was around 13-14 pounds

57Royston sounds good. people need to learn this isn't a fucking game
I can't believe people do this shit in the first place, how sick in your mind do you have to be to think that would be funny to do to someone?
It's not that they're sick - it's that they're removed from the real world. This stuff only happens on their computer screens, so they don't connect with it. Look up the online disinhibition effect
No. Just no. Cops should not be murdering innocent people, and the victims of swatting are, by definition, innocent victims. If Cops shoot someone who isn't a threat, that is on them. And no, an anonymous phone call is not enough to make an unarmed person a threat.
57Royston it also costs the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to send in swat teams
I will never fly United ever again.
United we stand against United
Hanna Brooks I will never fly. I wanna swim
I don't want their apology, i want their business closed down. Parasite of a business.

THE HAND PRINT IS STILL THERE
Liam MacDonald Omg XD that's hilarious and gross!!
Liam MacDonald this is a weird and dumb question but is this filmed at Phil's house? Lol
nope...they rented a house through AirBnB
Is it.... is it there because of leverage?
Hey Phil when will you be re-accommodated to your new studio?
Roman Bellic My guess like next week. He used space in H3H3's studio and now he's using this space. 2 weeks seem reasonable, but, who knows.
Roman Bellic Funny.
These are the best editors notes
Actually... Hitler did use chlorine gas in WWII. It was weaponized and employed on a battlefield. Very interesting discussion on a RadioLab podcast.

Just letting you know I LOVE the longer shows. The PDS is a bright spot in my day.
Corporate Crony feels ashamed, but not for what happened to the man on the plane, it's because he lost hundreds of millions of dollars is what he's ashamed about! XD
Philip: I hope it's not over 18 im sorry
me: *looks at the time* Welp, good job. 19 minutes and 43 seconds
Philip: Also that video was 16 minutes, it would have been too long.
Editor and me: O RLY?
Phil, in Dublin, there's stories of people baiting paedophiles and beating them up in public. Interesting story
Oisin Dowling send it in to him, comments are too fucked
SkyShatter SnowWing mind telling me how?
Oisin Dowling fairly certain it's through twitter, if not maybe in description. I for one am intrigued and would like to see Phil cover this story
Source?
Olive Parkinson I was only half listening to the story, maybe Joe Duffy or one of those shite stirrers
I didn't think of it in that way actually.
ANIMEniac Reviews let's be real here in a week this will probably blow over anyways so might as well take advantage of the situation while it lasts
I'm scrolling through the comments looking for anything to do with the pure gold Phil said in this video but I'm amazed that no one pointed it out. Welp I guess I will.
"Vagina's are magic" - Philip Defranco 2017
NightStar787 Vagina is are magic
NightStar787 you spend the first 9 months of life trying to get out of one .....and the rest of your life tring to get back into another. 😂
+MrBizteck I never thought about it like that 😂
U ARE A FKIN MASTER LOL
MrBizteck hahahahaha
If someone is killed from SWATing then the people responsible should be charged with murder.
His past👏🏻 is 👏🏻not 👏🏻relevant👏🏻 because they 👏🏻didn't👏🏻 know 👏🏻shit 👏🏻about👏🏻 his👏🏻 past👏🏻 when they treated him that way
The moment he put that picture of that big booty girl. Philip sounded like the teacher from The Peanuts.
Frakes good suggestion, thanks!
Just think... Joe's probably making some loud ass coffee in the other room through all of this.
I so wanted Phil to say "What is that... a coffee machine?"
😂😁🤣😂🤣😂 oh. My God that expansion of the big booty Instagram just had me laughing out loud in the library
Zuzicka Peterkova if there are no employees, so you have a choice a whole plane misses a flight or 4 people..you choose
It's an hour long flight, you could just put them in a fucking car and drive them to the other airport in a few hours. This is a non-argument.
Honestly I don't see a difference between swatting and taking a revolver with one round chambered and just burst into someones home and fire the gun a couple times.
"Hey, you didn't get shot! hahaha just a prank bro!"
Albin T ... and that's because your IQ is lower than 80.
eh dub you're the one with the lower IQ here. I think you need to sit and read his comment til you understand it before trying to call him and idiot.
the swat also shoot dogs down when they enter a building. Makes it even more fucked up now
Banana Bread mmmmm, no. breaking into someone's home with a loaded gun and firing it around is a felony offence, two if you count the illegal entry, and three of you get charged with attempted murder. vastly different from criminal mischief, making false reports, and endangering the public, but can be felony charges given certain circumstances. both should be severely punished.
Sean apologizing after was actually a surprisingly wise move. Instead of trying to come up with another obvious lie and just making that hole deeper.
Thank you Phil for giving me my news and making me laugh.
Phil stop filming in your bedroom. I'm getting weird ideas!!
Dat1 Woopr / really bruh😅
Dat1 Woopr. *"Today on Casting-Bed.com we have Phil DeP"*????
Dat1 Woopr Its in an Air BnB
Yep... :P
The scene only needs is a bit of elevator music in the background...
Hell yes I'm still flying United. I do think what happened was horrific but because the loss in stock prices means lower flying costs. I'm going to get a whole row to myself for $100!

Lil Moogz lol entertaining video you have there 🤔
Lil Moogz looks fake but ok it made me smile
It's on my channel I uploaded it
too late, never booking a united flight.
Spicer reminds me a lot of George W Bush. Decent to good intentions but just not meant to be in front of a microphone
hannah a You're an idiot.
Hannah I personally believe every president we've had so far has had good intentions. The results vary but I believe the intention was there
Theo Salmon dumbass is a better word
Sean spicer isn't the only one unfit for his job...
I think Melania could do better than trump. I feel bad for her
Well, it landed her in the family of billions, and now wife of the president... Must be someone damn good for her to do better in. And she maybe pretty and smart, but she isn't THAT pretty and smart to land another billionaire with higher expectations. Besides, she now has a son here...
More attractive sure
More accomplished and successful? Nope he's a billionaire and the fucking president
William DatKKid peas in a pod. a scummy marriage need two scummy people to work.
She is a trophy wife, and that's about it. I mean, I feel bad for her on one hand, but she chose the life for herself, and it's not my place to judge.
Elena rejecting them and hunting them down are two deferent things.
Dingdong Solong I think throwing them off the highest building you can find is how the word of god dictates taking care of them
Elena, to answer your question, Albania.
Regardless there are plenty of non-muslim countries that are intolerant of gay people, being religion x or not does not determine that result. It doesn't make me more or less scared of what Chechnya is doing right now. And I can name plenty of Muslim countries that don't have these detention centers.
Dingdong Solong shit, did I say Muslim?
Props to Editor James for being a good sport for us all in the Nation
Wait... they want Russia to defend the LGBT+ community? Do they know about the illegal meme?
"hes Vietnamese?! Who cares about that?" : all of china.
Should the police not be held accountable as well? I mean surely cops don't just go in guns blazing everytime they get a call about an armed suspect
Jake Morrison
They totally do, hell my friend got pulled over for having an expired registration and had a gun pulled on him.
"If the booty to thick it could be a trick!" DEAD 😂😂😂
I hope their stock falls to single digits, so I can look into buying some of their stock in the future then I hope they rebound to where they were (>70).
Also, when you intentionally call the police on the premise of conducting a hoax, no matter the outcome, you should be charged harshly. As long as you knowingly committed the act against another person, you _should_ go to jail for a long time, assuming you're convicted of the charge(s).
AHHHHH! PAIN! FIRE!
F I R E
If even the Chinese can't tell Asians apart, can they really get that mad at us for it?
It's the Blum-Fox ahaha true dat
As a bona fide asian, I can tell you, it is truly impossible to tell Asians apart. We can only distinguish Japanese because of their weird ways and looks...
I can tell Japanese and people from the Philippines apart.
I love the editors witty captions! Happy birthday dude!!
"You know what I hate? Extra long @phillyd vids" - No one. Ever.
Id rather make some wings and jump off a cliff then ever fly united, or as I'm calling UniteMyFaceToArmRest
100% right.
Counter point would be that Trump himself has posed as a publicist for himself. It's on Wikipedia if you don't believe me.
LittleFuzzyMonster yeah, he just caves under the pressure of the media and starts spewing dumb half sentences and unchecked alternative facts. It's quite sad, really...
So, Trump basically might as well have hired George W. Bush to be the White House's mouthpiece.
LittleFuzzyMonster I can see keeping spicer for the sole reason that Trump keeps losing supporters he puts in positions of power.
I probably won't fly with United for a long time... They are usually the cheapest flights, but if I have to pay a little more to not have my face smashed in, I will.
#SuspiciousEditorJames
It's so funny. I get notifications from other RUclipsrs and I think: "Oh cool I'll check that out later."
then you upload and MY ENTIRE DAY stops so I can watch your stuff right when it's uploaded lol.
