Can you identify these traits in a family member?
Please like, share, & comment. 🙂
BTW, I hate this camera angle. Won't do it again! Lol

Does the vulnerable narcissist know they are hurting people with these traits and refuse to admitt this or is it possible that the truely believe they are caring amd empathetic and think they arent hurting anyone?

Beth Simm, Tamara seems to emphasize on narcissists' delusion and lack of empathy...
So for my boundaries I'm wary if they refuse to consider believing or listening to others, especially if other ppl are feeling hurt by them. To me that's the point where it's dangerous...

Thank you for your videos. My pity for the narcissist had recently begun to morph to anger and resentment after a triggering visit. It was ugly within but I could see it growing and only watch. Watching your videos today has helped me to recontextualise it all again and focus on my journey of processing, understanding and healing my own trauma as oppose to focusing on the other individuals wrongs. Thank you for your peace :)

So I'm finding myself passing this pandemic in the basement of my friend's house. His mother shows all the signs of VN, and I have to say, over the course of the last four months, I've at times had to question my own sanity. At first I thought she was just a hypochondriac...

I do understand. I think CORONA has made a lot of people show their "true colors" and hints of narcissism and insensitivity seems to be apart of that for so many people. I think life was so fast-paced before COVID that we may not have seen the disturbing personality characteristics we are seeing now.

I'm more aware of this type of behavior in retail jobs such as Home Depot & Macy's. There's a few family members who come to mind when I reflect back at various family events. I can only imagine at this point that they were key crap starters and at the core some very ugly things that happened in the family. I'm glad that I don't bother with ANY of these people anymore!

I understand the term "Delusions of Grandeur " much better after your explanation. I've read that term many times, but felt it's explanation was vague. Your video made it click with me.

Can you talk about how a couple can deal with a narc in law especially when the adult child defends the narc and seems to be in denial. Dealing with a covert narc grandparent.

I can certainly bring that into the mix. I might discuss this as part of my "domestic violence" video.
