Recently switched to Eufy solar myself, I’m amazed how good this works, been up about 3 months now and I haven’t had to touch it, always charged 🙂
Should have dressed up in a Bigfoot outfit for one of the night time shots, lol. Anyway, much cheaper than I thought it might be.
Hah! I just made the same comment! LOL
Looks good! I like the solar charging, that’s really convenient.
I just bought a few of their Solar ones for around the house - I have been really impressed so far!
Can you use them without a power connection? Do they keep charged up? I'd like to put one on the pole that my weather station is mounted to. I've had a mains powered Eufy for years, and it has worked flawlessly.
@@TrevorDennis100 as long as they are in direct sunlight, no issues.
Thanks Mr Bealy Good, a nice informative video.
I just checked the system out locally and it's available here in south Africa. Thanks for sharing this I'm going to give it a go ❤
thanks for the info
We love our Eufy cameras and the robot vacuum we dubbed Rosie :D
lol, that's what we named ours too, haha
Great minds think alike!!
Nice, i really like the tracking feature. Thanks for the video and review brother.
No problem 👍
Yeah, you really do need them. As many as possible. Rats, I have to bring back my gator costume now.!
Purchased the EUFY door lock w/ Wifi. Have been very please with it's easy of install and set up. And have been well pleased w/ ease of use. So much so, am looking to add a second lock maybe with the doorbell camera.
Nice video, no sneaking in to check out the big pond😂
Looks like decent equipment. I like the "follow me" tracking. That guy in the orange shirt was making a run for it. 🚨🚧🚨 The black cat looked really suspicious. 👀
"Dog Dog" was in stealth mode .... 😎
Did you know you had a black panther prowling around your property bro that camera picked it up plain as day. Looks a good cam for keeping an eye out too. Safe travels. Ken.
😁
Nice camera.
Very nice camera. I mean, Very nice!
You are the "Gadget" Guy !! lololol... I love it though, seeing all the different thing you come up with...lololol...
Nice setup and a good picture quality. Now when you get a shady character like Chris invading your property you have evidence for Cort 😂😂😂😂. Nice deer, your feeder is definitely bringing them in.
I have all Eufy cameras at the house! Great stuff and I don’t even have to pay for a plan! Great stuff!
I have one that watches the laundry, where the dog and cat sleep. That's been trouble free for several years now, and works really well. It was nice being able to see the cats from the other side of the world while on vacation (the dog was in kennels).
Nice!
Mr Bealy Good - Sir…. that means I won’t be able to sneak up on you and pay a surprise visit 😂
Thought you were gonna bust out the Bealy Good ghillie suit for the test. Maybe next time 😂.
Next time!
What size is the CCD on the camera? I noticed bad ghosting at night on one of your views.
The only ghosting I have seen is if the ptz is point all the way up and the ir's reflect back from the top curve of the dome. I get that on every ptz cam I use. I will look again to see if you are referring to something different. Thanks for commenting.
@@BealyGood 3:50 to 3:58. Look at the deer. In the IP camera world, that ghosting effect is usually because the CCD is too small for the MP. We also do 15 FPS max on our cameras. We would rather get a clear captured image with slight stuttering than a blurry image moving a 30 FPS. Dome cameras always get that halo ring effect at night, when the IR is turned on. Remote IR lights will get rid of the halo effect. Keep up the good work. It's amazing to watch the transformation of your property. Chris deserves a raise.....
What about cold weather. I live in Anchorage, Alaska so we see maybe -20 F on occasion.
You need to run the models with the built in heaters.
The front of my house faces North, I'm not real sure if I can recharge anything with solar that way. I might have to hard wire a camera there, but I can do the other sides of the house with this sort of camera for sure. I have an outdated OWL system right now that has cables running to each camera attached to a DVR. Time for a system upgrade I think.
Great video. Can it be strictly wi go so you don’t need cell service
Yes
Eufy is a good product
Geoff what is the model number of your Kubota Tractor? I have a small Kubota BX25D. I am thinking about upgrading to a bigger one.
🤔 2507 sounds right 🤣
Another Sponsorship? Wow you are doing great with Sponsorship/s.
The tracking is very cool. Are you going to get the optional Trespasser Management Package (aka Rocket Launcher)? 🙂

@Geoff Do you still got the x-hunter e-bike ? I got mine out the rv & put fully charged battery in & it don't power up at all & I went through every connection made sure it was all tight I send there support a email yesterday & hope to find a solution I had 3 nice weather days & could not go enjoy them ! It's not you as i heard many are not getting support & warranty solutions !
Yeah. I still have all of them. That is odd.
I you still have that crappie tractor 🚜 Cast tellahandler T40 Dirt monkey Edition then you can sell off your mower tractor and it will work with your attachments that are front plate mounted 😊
👍
Geoff! How has the Eufy been working for you? I have three of them now, just got a third one that I do want to try using the 4G option with. I'm new to this, so I'm a bit confused as to how this works. I have Verizon on my cellphone, this EIOT card says it's compatible with Verizon, does that mean I have to activate the sim with Verizon? I looked at the plans EIOT offers and they're pricey. Dude. How much data can these things suck up in a year?
I'd go with the $79 for a year, I think it's 20-25gb, not sure, but is that enough data? The two cameras I have set up now are on my wifi in the front and rear of the house. This third one I want to put on the road in/out of the property, no way the wifi will reach that far so I'd have to go with the 4G.
Should I use the EIOT, or go with a sim that you've spoken about for your Riolink cameras in the past? How are those working?
I looked at what data is available with this third cam I bought and got a chuckle. It was already activated and it expires in 6 days. How nice of them to give me a useless card! So, either I buy a plan from them or somewhere else, not sure who with or where from yet, and I don't know if I have to activate the camera/sim with Verizon or what....ILLUMINATE MY BRAIN PLEASE!
I use data from Flexiboom. The data only gets used when you are looking at the camera remotely so it isn't a big drain unless you transfer the video to save it on the cloud or watch it live for long periods of time.
@@BealyGood That's what I was wondering, and the name Flexiboom. I think I'll go with that if the rates are reasonable.
You should have a web came on your house build that would be awesome
If I was putting this video together, and seeing as you live in NC which is Big Foot country, I would had to get my tallest friend to put on a sasquatch suit, and mosey on past the camera at night. Perhaps Chris could prank you with that idea, but he'd have to pretend to be a baby sasquatch because he is not very tall.
🤣🤣🤣
How much is the monthly plan after you use the initial data? Does it alert you? Does it have a speaker to talk to whoever is there?
The plan depends on whom you get the data through. I use flexiboom with all of mine and they have good plans. There is a link in the description of all my videos where you can check them out.
You can setup alerts.
Yes, there is a mic function to allow you to speak through the camera.
I will plan to purchase. Thank you
Any recommendations for POE camera systems?
They have POE models
Appears you need a cell phone, cell service, and sunlight to make the camera work. That means this camera won't work in East TN, where the sun shines once a week and cell service isn't a thing. Some of us don't have a cell phone because we can't use one in our house or most of the places we go!
It will work off of WiFi also
You must be in Cosby! Lol I’m halfway between Knoxville and Dollywood
I use something like that when I go camping
I can’t find the pricing for data plans any info on this?
I use Flexiboom for my data cards
👍👍👍
My name is Jeff, I love cameras!!!!!! 😆😆 Another one how many on the farm now ?
I think I’m over 30
What is the frame rate?
15 fps
Is it hackable like Ring ?
No. They closed vulnerabilities with a fw update a couple of revisions back.
No way the Duck Mafia can sneak out. To look for chicks
Can you zoom in on the license plate of a vehicle if you have to someday?
Yes
Well I guess I can't come over and climb over the gate😢
Best clip of video was with you running 😂😂😂😂😂😂 even though we know it was sped up your old like The rest of us you should have b laying on ground waiting for dog dog to get help😂😂😂😂😂 great video Geoff
🤣🤣🤣
Have one ? will it work with star link. Keep up the cool vid's.
Yes. I have Starlink
Can the footage be saved or downloaded for sharing with police if necessary?
Yes. They have a cloud service or you can do it from your phone to like a Google Drive.
You didn't get the tractor stuck in the driveway. I am disappointed. God Bless Geoff
🤣🤣🤣
There has been a weight loss. 👍
Waste of money ,,, Dog Dog can handle security 😎😎
My goodness. You are no longer in the country. Bealy Good to the moon and back on WiFi.

Granted security cameras are a must but these days computers and technology are wandering into AI, I do not trust it and one day it will come to byte everyone in the butt
I think you need my Big Foot costume for some of these videos,,,, too bad I’m only 5’8” tall. It’s a custom built costume. You might not fit!! 😂😂.
On the night vision, that’s exactly what I would expect you to do!😂.
Nice product! It would be nice to manage from a home based computer vs the “cloud” for EUFY. Not sure if that option is available. It’s so inexpensive to get into 2 or 3 TB storage in a home computer and that would definitely be less $ to manage vs a Plan. They gotta show some earnings to survive mind you. With 3 TB it’s likely you would get well over 2 weeks of video rotating before the system starts to overwrite the oldest videos. Maybe even a month’s worth (that would be my goal).
Now that I said all this I’ll go look at the site and likely find what I wanted, 😂😂
Thanks for sharing another option from EUFY for us to consider!! I really like this. Would be nice at the cabins especially to catch the wildlife (and Samsquanches) even more so than the security aspects. We have trail cams set up and they work, but this would be nice on a pole. If someone is break in in, they avoid this, but get caught on the camouflaged trail cams!! Multi level security, but no need for personnel.
I'm only 5'8"
