So a few questions: 1: do you cancel the card as soon as your finished using the sign up bonuses? 2: can you cancel a card and then re-sign up next time they have a promotion like that? 3: I find this interesting but personally don’t travel hack in this way. I do however go on all inclusive vacations that are 4+ stars for 7 days and pay WAYYY less than the $4700 you came up with. If you book the vacations as a package rather than doing the flight and hotel separately, you save a lot of money. There are also third party websites that help you shop for the best deals, so we typically spend about $1300 per person for flight and all inclusive hotel, transfer and everything… so in that case you’d be getting a 2c per point value. Again, I don’t travel hack so I don’t know if that’s considered good or not. I just hate making phone calls and doing administrative work so opening accounts and transferring stuff back and forth and then cancelling because you get charged an annual fee is just a nightmare to me 😅
Late comment, but i was pleased to see that you included the annual fee for the new credit card and the processing fee for paying your taxes with the card when you calculated the average points redemption value.
I’m working on the SUB for that card right now and will be planning a trip to Calgary , AB booked with points for this fall ! Great redemption for that trip , I really enjoy your content!
I have had this in my sights but the issue is I go as a single and it seems like a waste of points to get it a the doubles rate. Also I would never go for less than a week. It's too much stress traveling for that short of time.
Thanks so much for the support! Once you get your Venture X, you do still need to enroll in priority pass and will receive a priority pass card in the mail. Not sure if you already enrolled, but let us know if you have any additional questions!
@@SuhaansaviationCapital One pays Priority Pass, so PP should be able to confirm if they received the payment from Capital One, if not then you can follow up with C1. Good luck.
We do not necessarily open a new card every quarter, but if we are looking to hit a sign-up bonus quickly to get access to those points, then the quarterly tax bills are a great tool to use in order to hit the minimum spend on any new cards that we get quickly.

What happened to the other girl from you pass videos? How many wives do you have? Great work keep up with the great content.
You guys are the best!, Although I have a question I recently got a venture x and my priority pass is not working do you know why?
Depending on how new it is. It took mine 2 or 3 weeks to kick in and sign up on the benefits page

So what happens during your next quarter taxes?! Do you open a new card every quarter?
Yep! Rinse and repeat!
Hmmmm opening a card every 3 months doesn’t sound realistic. Also, cancelled once done?!?

Do the typical Globalist suite upgrades apply to all inclusives?
Yes they do! But as always, it is at the resorts discretion based on availability to provide free upgrades.
Very interesting
We hope you enjoyed!
I'm so sorry to be nitpicky, but you always say "theeee" even if it would be just "the", if you know what I mean?
