Thank you for this valuable info and video lots of people talk about how they take trips to places and number of miles used but not how they do it. Very useful.
Nice app in finding award availability. I do think the value of the Pro price is worth in finding future flights outside the 60 day window. Awesome video!
I think its worth it! Pay for the monthly subscription, and after you find the flights you want , cancel it and resubscribe when you’re planning another trip
I'm so glad I clicked on this video! The free version looks amazing, but if I sign up for the paid subscription I'll make sure to use your affiliate link
Thanks for doing this video, I have around 2.2 million point that need to be use and always let my brother redemed it for me and have no idea what and how much point they charged whatever he said he told me. But i'm sure he redem twice than your show here
Nice! This is one of the better tools out there, but the "last updated" could be a deal breaker, sometimes I see seats disappearing a few hours after I find them
Agreed, if you click on the info button it’ll run the search again but sometimes it can take a while. No tool is perfect but seats.aero is one of the better ones imo!
Even using the free version this looks like a good way to see routes to where you want to go to then manually search yourself (if you're squeezing your pennies😂)
Hey Max, this is so cool. Do you know how you could use this tool to find flights that are disproportionally cheap? For example, as some flights are dynamically priced it picks up on a route that is cheaper than usual? Is there such a service? For example I have seen Toronto to Vancouver for as little as 10,000 aeroplan miles and other times 40,000 (economy) thanks!
Thanks Max for the content, happy I found you. Could you cover when is it good to buy miles particularly when the various programs offer special purchases with bonus miles. Planning to attend the next World Cup, coming from Australia, will needs some advice. Thanks again
Thanks I guess I should have edited my question but how can I see Turkish smiles and miles within the US ? (it will fly a United plane) For example , LA to Hawaii for 7500 points
Am I understanding it right then that only using both this tool and seatspy combined you can cover all or most of the airlines? Using only one or the other won’t cover all the major alliances? Thx!!
Using both tools can cover a good amount of airlines. They both search in different ways and are good at different things. Seats.aero has a lot more routes and a lot of options. Seatspy has fewer routes but their award calendar makes it super easy to search. If I had to pick one I’d seats.aero
Can we use this website to check upgradable seats? The thing I dislike the most is to find out there's no upgradable seats after paying for the flight tickets . And there's no way to precheck availability before making the payment.
Hi Max! I was able to use your link to buy pro! However, it doesn’t show how many seats are available, like you show on video. Do you know why mine doesn’t show? Thanks!
Hi Max, is there a way to book a round trip using this tool? I am trying to travel to Japan soon. Do I have to book There and Back separately? I am guessing there is a better way to save points. TIA!
That's weird, I would contact their support. I haven't heard anyone else having the same issue. They support Air Canada Aeroplan so they do have Canadian users. I don't think being from Canada is the issue
Great video! Im using the free version to find flights from SFO/LAX to MNL but when I view even the "Routes" tab there are very limited airports that appear for MNL when searching Aeroplan. And there's definitely routes from LAX to MNL looking at Aeroplan's site. Is this tool limited in some of the routes it'll show? I was hoping use this tool later in the year to find flights to MNL for next year.
Lax or sfo to Mnl is operated by Philippine Airlines which is not an air canada partner or part of any airline alliances. Which is why the route doesn’t show up on seats.aero. Your best bet is to search routes to Asia, (Taipei, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong) then connect from there into MNL
Hi Max, I'm a big fan of your channel. Help please I have to travel: LAX to FCO R/T 10/2 - 11/2 Business, have 200,000 AMEX points need to find cheap fare what should I do!
I was not paid or compensated in anyway for the video nor did they shape the direction information or contents of the video. I could’ve said the product is bad and still have an affiliate link, I could say it’s great and still have an affiliate link. Having an affiliate link for a product doesn’t mean it’s a sponsored post. You can get an affiliate link for almost any product on the internet by applying for asking including huge retailers like Amazon and Walmart.
this is the worst piece of garbage - Although the provided airports are valid, we do not track flights between them. We typically only track non-stop international routes. Take a look at the Routes page to see what we track! So I would have to figure out 2 different partners for most of the flights im looking for, like for Libya, Lebanon anything in Africa anything but like France and Italy
Great video like always. After our zoom meeting and following your recommendation I was able yo find all business class from SFO to Maldives and back all on points. You help me save approx. 55 k dollars for all 4 tickest
Thanks for this! Your content is always so clear and helpful 🎉 and this site is a great find! Exactly what I'd been hoping for. Can't wait to let you know when I book this trip to Japan 😂❤
Hi Max, could you do a video on finding award availability for flights to attend tennis grand slams? For example, going to Roland Garros in 2024 with a family of 4 from Atlanta? Thanks again for making these videos!
Literally can’t wait for ever video you drop. This is so helpful. After watching many videos, I ended up getting a Venture X credit card. I now have 100k+ points (75k was from bonus). Using that tool I found some economy flights from SFO to Europe as low as 15k points one way! CRAZY!!! You literally are the best, keep up the hard work. I subscribed & will continue to watch and look forward to your videos
Just supported you via the link... New to this adventure but feel with our limited high school Holiday schedule, this will be a great benefit. Thanks for your easy to follow videos too! Signed, a much appreciated newbie! 😁
BA isn’t on the site but AA is. DFW is my home airport so I often book AA metal with BA Avios. With AA having web specials and a dynamic chart the saver availability through the AA site doesn’t always translate to BA. Do you know if the same limitation applies here?
Random question! I fly to Krakow 4 to 5 times a year and leave from San Antonio. Is it common to only have routes from significant hubs? I searched leaving from SAT, and there is nothing. This is so helpful!!
hi max, can please make a video for your indian audience also. like from india's major airport to the usa and australia.. it will be helpful. great work though.
Thank you for this video Max! I’ve been playing around with the app version of seats.aero on my iPhone and I haven’t see all of the features that you’re showing here. Do you think the desktop version is better than the app at this point?
Max, great video. Super helpful. What is the deal with AirCanada search site? It has not been allowing you to search for more than 1 day for quite some time?
Yeah idk what’s going on with AC. Sometimes I get the 7 day calendar at the top then sometimes I don’t. It might also have to do with being logged in or not. It hasn’t been consistent
Find nonstop flights to Asia or Europe or Middle East first. Seatsaero best used to find nonstop flights first then try tack on connecting flight afterwards
I was really happy to see this video , until I tried it out myself and unfortunately it does not work for my region . Does not show award availability out of Curaçao, aruba , Trinidad ( pretty much whole Caribbean , and not even the northern part of Brasil . Even when we do have American Airlines , United and other large airlines flying from and to there. That’s a pity , hope the website changes this soon . So if your from these regions do not take the paid version .
What's your experience about travelling with infant like less than 2 years old? Do we need to find seat availability for 3 people (me, spouse and infant)? Thank you in advance
This is a great video and explanation, but one thing I’m struggling to find as a newbie to all things travel points is how to search for return flights. My impression is that this tool and also other websites only show one way flights. Are you able to explain this please?
Hi Max, I love your videos and I am also obsessed with award travel.. Unfortunately, there's not many credit card options for non-american residents.. Do you know of any? I am Australian - we have CC's collecting Qantas or Virgin Australia miles, but that's about it :-(
I used this tool within the last few days and got some great deals on flights to Asia. Thank you for this video!
I ♥️ this video Max.
Congratulations on the 30K
Thank you 🙏🏼!
Max, as always, you deliver a clear and concise message. Thank you!
Your videos helped me a lot! Congrats on hitting your 30K Sub btw

Great explanation and tool, would have been so useful when I was booking my RTW ticket last year :)
Awesome Max, Just signed up under your link. Hopefully this tool will help find our 1- way biz to Paris lol
Thank you! Hope you find award availability!
Thanks for sharing. Another good thing is we can use sorting option and choose the depart or arrives airport code.

Greatest website ever created
Thank you so much, this is exactly what I needed!
Hi Max, great video! Do you also have tips for people using Miles and More?
Thanks

Great info, I will click on the link and check it out!
Great tool! Thanks for sharing 🙏 ❤
Solid Info !...Thanks
Anyone notice that aeroplan reward itineraries aren't showing up on seats.aero?
Awesome tutorial Max. How do you feel like this compares to Seatspy which you’ve covered before? Do you like one more than the other?
Seats.aero > seatspy
Seatspy is cool with their award calendar
seats.aero is a more comprehensive search and provides more data and info
You are awesome, thank you
Thanks for the reply!
How would you see Turkish airline flights flying United ?
To see Turkish airlines routes select air canada, or United airlines in the top right.
Find routes to IST
Thanks I guess I should have edited my question but how can I see Turkish smiles and miles within the US ? (it will fly a United plane) For example , LA to Hawaii for 7500 points

Such good content!!!

The thing I dislike the most is to find out there's no upgradable seats after paying for the flight tickets . And there's no way to precheck availability before making the payment.
Excellent video......
If you search Virgin Atlantic, would ANA flight availability show up? Thanks!
Hi Max! I was able to use your link to buy pro! However, it doesn’t show how many seats are available, like you show on video. Do you know why mine doesn’t show? Thanks!
Is there something like this but for chase points?
It's 9.99/month :)
Hi Max, is there a way to book a round trip using this tool? I am trying to travel to Japan soon. Do I have to book There and Back separately? I am guessing there is a better way to save points. TIA!
Hey, I am trying to find a flight to Tokyo from Dal on Nov 9th-19th. When is the best time I should look for reward-based flight for business class?
They got anything like this for hotel rewards…?
Is it direct flights only?
Really would like to give this a go however, it won’t accept any of our email addresses???? Any ideas
From Canada
That's weird, I would contact their support. I haven't heard anyone else having the same issue. They support Air Canada Aeroplan so they do have Canadian users. I don't think being from Canada is the issue
Anybody knows a similar website for Miles & More program in Europe?

I wonder if this is better than Expertflyer?
I think I’m most cases yes , but expert flyer is still helpful for some specific airlines and domestic routes
The website. Air Canada filed a lawsuit against them
And?
How can you not be sponsored if you have an affiliate link?

I am trying to maximize my miles at KLM/Airfrance but seems the website doesn’t shows that airline.
