I’ve had horrible low back pain on lower left side for over a year with sitting all day and new career change. Working out low back and legs to try and fix it only aggravated it. Google only said it was SI joint pain but the programs did nothing. Had no idea what to do, finally threw up a prayer and God landed me here. Now ALL my back pain is gone, I can sit in comfort and focus once again. I can sleep without that gnarly pain. I can drive without cringing up in pain. People must’ve thought I was nuts smiling while driving down the road but I was just that happy to be pain free. Beyond thankful and blessed for this video! I Trust in God’s timing!

I did a stretch exercise that I saw elsewhere on RUclips to get rid of lower back pain now Ive got leg/butt pain. Arrrrr!

So glad I came across this.. I have been focusing on gluteus medius..Also I use a tennis ball for massaging also works great. Is that tool better than a ball?

For the stretch: I feel inner thigh pain, groin most likely, when pulling knee up tp my chest and to the side, like showed. Could this be related?
Single leg deadlift made it so tight:))) i can’t even sit longer than 5 min))))
