  • The first time I ever tried this dessert was in Copenhagen, you might remember that video (see below). At first sight, the small bell-shaped cake didn't look that appealing to me, somehow nothing special. But when I took a bite, I realized this is not an average small cake. Canele is so special and unique, you have to try it, to understand how it tastes.

    可麗露算是頂級的甜點,小胡能把這麼難做的甜點教得這麼簡單,果然是神級人物!
    註:小胡做的看起來好好吃,但相信就算我做一萬次,也不可能像小胡的一樣好吃!😂

    Hi your putonghua is really good !I would to know what type of farine do you use?cake flour or all purpose flour?do you leave the batter in room temperature after 24 hours storing in fridge? I noticed your recipe is for 12 cups mold [chefmade]. Do you have the recipe for 20 mini cups ?

    没有酵母,小苏打,也没打出泡沫,里面会有空隙这个厉害

    請問同一爐,有的殼脆,有的殼軟,請問是什麼原因呢?我有冷藏24小時,從冰箱拿出也有退冰,大概退冰2小時,還有點涼涼的,這樣算回溫不夠嗎 ?

    👍吃过很多不同店里的canele,不明白为什么有的是甜的有的没什么甜味,有的外壳很Q有的又很脆?哪一种才是原本的味道呢?
