Acrylic Bending using a Wooden Form

This video shows how to bend a large piece of acrylic around a wooden form. You can apply the principles shown to pretty much any acrylic bending you need to do. If you need to create straight line bends check out our video on using the Fox.Build acrylic bender.

You fixed it pretty well but place the shape template vertical and convex then use gravity and it will be easier. Nice video and good luck😊 guys

Nice job guys, maybe I missed it, but how thick is the acrylic? Thoughts on building the form and what's the bent acrylic going to be used for?

The acrylic is approximately 1/8" thick. It is going to be used for a jewelry display case.

If the acrylic is 1/4 thick then u need more powerful heat gun ??
