But she’s also part of our Priority Services Team, where she helps customers in vulnerable circumstances find the support they need.​
If you need a little extra help, our Priority Services Register is a free service that allows us to support you in lots of practical ways, like sending your bills in large print, audio formats, braille, or to a friend or relative if that’s easier for you.
