The song, the visuals, the transitions from Harbinger to Harbinger at the end, the art style that is absolutely stunning captured perfectly Genshin's atmosphere, it's insane. Some of those frames looked so much like Genshin's style I had to stare at them for 5min to take in all the details. As for fanmade Genshin Impact content, boy this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are incredible, jaw dropping original animations and songs like "Writing on The Wall" that one shook my heartstrings and I absolutely suggest you to react to it. Most of these projects are showcased in the Hoyofair Anniversary Streams!

End of All - Aimer ( a very famous singer in japan. have sing so many ost for anime ) if i remember correctly. this music is commisioned by genshin and also there is something called HoyoFair where lots of hoyoverse fans make something related to the game... it is supervised by hoyo themselves.... it's on their Hoyofair channel,,,

Probably it has been mentioned, but Genshin Impact fan creations (songs, digital animation, stop motion animation, etc.) are displayed in events organized in both China and worldwide (where they are called HoyoFairs) for specific occasions: International New Year & Chinese New Year, Spring, Summer, and the game anniversary (in Autumn). The creations also rarely coincide (very few times were animations displayed for the Chinese fan celebrations published in the Hoyofairs as well), so there is plenty of lovely content if you want to try it out. Hoyo (the game company) sponsors some of the artists participating, and at least on the Chinese side, the official voice actors are actually invited to lend their voices for the fan animations (there are Archon songs sung by the official CN VAs xD ). This particular video (Epoch Winter) is sung by Venti CN voice actor, and produced by her husband. The Chinese fan celebrations can be found on bilibili (the website) - little to no english subtitles, but I personally rarely found the language barrier an impediment; the emotions transcend language -. I personally recommend anything by KKOMDA, Miota, and Hamelin - they have youtube channels though I'm not sure about copyright strikes.
