I loved your video about your Herbie. I remember watching the movie when I was in the Air Force. I had a 65 beetle at the time, now I own a 1970 Beetle. I don't know if I'll ever own a Herbie but I got the next best thing. Thanks so much for sharing. :-)
I watched Herbie at the drive-in too .with Mom and Dad..from the backseat of the VW bug..I was sure it was Herbie's cousin..and would come to life...and it did.
I'm having a lot of difficulty finding a color to cover my Herbie here in Brazil. Is there any way you could send me a sample of your Herbie's color? It would be really helpful.
Love the video bud, but thats not an original car, no sunroof, wrong colour interior........I appreciate the work that goes into maintaining these cars.......but your video should be titled 'owning a replica herbie', not 'owning a real life Herbie', because a lot of your 'dislikes' have come from it not being an original screen used 'restored' car......other than that, look after your herbie, and hope you do well with it :-)

But different strokes for different folks, I like the looks of the ragtop, and the summer top down convertible driving - but the prefer the sturdiness of the hardtop.

I saw a Herbie at Don carlos in waco when I was a kid and me and my cousins took pictures with him didn't get to meet the owner though
quite few drove a vwagen ,brown,mustard,rusted herbie,i have also seen a few personalised should be on fb photos.but i didnt.
Volkswagen discontinued the Beetle, so there's no longer gonna be a Beetle gonna be made

You forgot to put the third part of the gumball on the hood... The decal strip that goes over the chrome that completes the 53 gumball.

PixCub My “Herbie” by choice would lack the Rag Top too for one less maintenance item to deal with, despite not being “Herbie-correct”.
