I remember when I wanted to get my license this year I was broke and my mom supported me right away and pulled out her debit card and said "buy the courses, I believe in you son". Coolest gift I would want does not have a price tag on it. Though it would be accomplished through my hard work, the coolest gift would be seeing my mom in joy after all the debt is payed off. Yes, a house for her would do justice and that has been my dream since I was born. My Coolest Gift was the home I bought for my family. 4200 sq ft, 6 beds, 4.5 baths and F@cking beautiful. I left the Marines in 2015 and took up real estate full time and have been my company's top producer ever since. I had no job and no retirement or any benefits so it was feast or famine for me and my family and I chose feast. I in four years I went from completely broke to buying my family our dream home. I cannot even describe the words I feel about it. Thanks to You and Matt for all the motivation over the years.
The best gift I'm going to buy myself when I make it is helping those in need. There is something so amazing about helping others out. I can't wait for the day, that I can sit in a restaurant and pay for everyones meal and just walk out. Or even pay for everyones gas at a gas station, and simply drive off like nothing happened. I want my hard work to not only benefit myself, but I want it to benefit my loved ones, my family, and even strangers. I simply want to spread love and kindness. This world definitely needs it.

Coolest gift to self: a fat emergency fund. Last year I saved up $100,000, so my new goal is a quarter million. I've been sacrificing big-time, believe me!, so my big reward is going to be a huge emergency fund because I am self-employed and self-insured. I’m in sales as well but I am in car sales in the biggest town of a small state population wise, New Mexico. My goals are set high to become the top salesman in the store. I have been working there 3 years and have learned a lot but still do course have a lot to learn. My goal is before my birthday in July is to purchase myself a Rolex submariner! I am going for my test in Los Angeles in the second week of January 2020. I have been ready to take my test for a month now, but I wanted to take the test in January so I can start the new year fresh, on a new journey.

I'd buy myself a bespoke tailored Italian suit. Actually two suits since one is never enough. Then I'd embroider the inside of the jackets with the Altman hammers so that not only do I look and feel like a million bucks, but my new suits advise me on how to make a million bucks... which I'd then use to make an offer on Jacob's Bentley since that thing is so sick. The coolest gift I’m going to give myself when I hit my goal is a 2024 Ferrari F8 Tributo. I’ll purchase this in 2026 but I had to get the 2024 model because of depreciation haha. I’ve never been a big car guy but nice elegant cars have always been a symbol of success to me so I know if I could afford a Ferrari, I’m on the right track of changing my family’s trajectory. Coolest gift would not necessarily be a gift to myself, it would be a sizable donation to the lupus foundation and the kidney foundation. In September of 2018, I lost the most wonderful and amazing person to come into my life to the decades long effects of lupus and kidney. Kristine was on dialysis for the better part of 30 years after lupus destroyed her kidneys. She fought hard and enjoyed life. Nobody should have to go what she went through and if a sizable donation would prevent lupus and kidney disease, that would be the best gift I could ever give myself.
