Good chilly brisk 49 degree morning. Another brisk morning here in the mountain forest. Not only did we move beyond the sidewalks, we moved 3 miles from nearest one lane road and 6 miles from nearest people, off grid 23 years and counting. Not bad for this 62 year old prior army nurse Brooklyn lady. We are trying to get as self sufficient as possible....solar, our own spring for water, garden, spring house, root cellar, pond, canning, wood heat and a wood cookstove with over hundred acres of firewood and more. I'm really glad I found your channel.

You spoke straight to our hearts today Mr Danny. I have been on disability for sometime because of neck surgeries former employee at the Internal Revenue Service. My children will no longer communicate with me I have no relationship with my three grandsons that my children think I'm crazy you hit all of this in today's talk Mister Danny. I have finally separated myself from my Egypt which was Memphis live there for 40 years because my father was in the Marine Corps and that's where he retired. Once I Found Jesus and the Holy Spirit started speaking to me it told me to get up out of this land and moved me over to Hot Springs Arkansas where I did not know not one person however today I am married living on property trying to be self-sustainable but at the same time I worry about my income because ever since Obama was in office I thought they were going to pull or Social Security then. So this has weighed heavily on us and we have thought thoroughly about it we are ready to lose our truck to the bank so we can keep paying for our land. Thank you so much for today's talk we watch you and listen to you all the time but we don't communicate too much however I've been finding out I need to start speaking up and letting a lot of you know that we're out here watching you. Thank you so much we love your videos peace and blessings. My mother was heavily involved with the Chris tian Coal a tion ( trying to use discretion) in the 90s and 2000's, so we were made aware of certain agendas at an early age. My father had 21 years in the Marine Corps 10 years with the state of Tennessee 10 years with the county in Tennessee three retirements under his belt died at the age of 66 working for the man. It upset me so much it definitely has left an imprint on my life

Thank you Danny, your talk this morning was exceptional. I'm in the process of setting up my perennial gardens so your conversation this morning was perfect timing. I hadn't thought about confiscation and ways to consill plants. I will work this into my plans.. it's the taking of the canned goods that is also concerning. It's not the food being gone it's the jars being taken that's concerning. The jars are a considerable investment in themselves. I suppose having backups for them should be considered too. Find better ways to hide your canned goods should also be considered. Until now filling and easy access was the plan. Something else to consider. Celler away from the house. My land is pretty flat so I need to get creative 🤷‍♀️ God bless you and Wanda

I'm 65 years young and when you said use your head for more than a hat rack I smiled in remembrance of my dad. I heard that many times as I grew up and either made a bad choice or was being taught some much needed "wisdom" from my dad. I was the son he never had being a girl and only child. So I was blessed having my dad's full attention and he taught me so much.
I stress the same points you made today with the people in my life. To learn, prepare for the day everything changes. Grow your food, learn to forage in nature for God's wild bounty. Learn how to improvise when needed. Think out a problem and use your head for more than a hat rack! I'm still learning every day and i appreciate you and Ms Wanda giving me ideas that broaden my options. May God richly bless you both.

OMG You are so right about the medical care. WE are consumers of health care and if we do not like or trust them find another. I was a hospice nurse for 15+ years and 33+ years all together and I never told a single patient what they had to do. ( Many we Vetrans and would straight up say No I don't have to do that! And they were Right.
My job was to show folks the choices and treatment available to them and let Them make the decision and support that decision even if I did not agree with them. I also told them any decision can be changed if they did not think it was working. One guy I cared for on day one told me very sharply I fired my first hospice and I instantly replied I am not your first hospice I am your last hospice! He replied OK big boy let's see what you got. A year later he told me that I did something he never thought would happen. I asked what is that he said you made me love a white man. He was from Hannibal Missouri he was very proud of that. I was never the center of attention He was and I was able to get him to try so many things and undertand why they might work and how they did work plus why some things did not work.
If you do not like your medical team Please change them it will make a difference when you find the right one even if it takes a fight. God bless y'all have a fine day

Danny loved porch time. I agree 100 percent. Government dependent is, hope I can say this, building up to FEMA camps. Me I am lucky enough to be able to keep on keeping on. My wife and I have learned many things over the past years. I was lucky enough to be raised to learn the ways of my aunts and uncles my grandparents. I took on the skills of butchering our own food. My wife took on soapmaking candle making she learned medical needs that would help us. She has passed now but those skills were planted in me to pass on. But like you were trying to say people think I'm crazy. But when things do go sideways I'll be ready. Just a few steps away from total who cares. Hard to say but oh well. We tried to get others to understand some did some just in one ear out the other. I have planted hidden perineals amongst our woods . I guess talked enough now but I feel like you are someone we can talk to. Great video today. You and miss Wanda take care and God bless you both.

I agree not doing videos just to do videos. One think I was hoping you would cover (if you hadn't already) is things a new homesteader should know and do to get them started on a solid footing. How you organize and plan things. Speaking of weather, I believe you say you log your weather and that data helps you plan when to plant. Maybe there is a good book to help people on how to plan out a garden. I'm guessing homesteading is a lot of planning and new people may not know what they need to think ahead on and plan. In short, people who try to Come Out of Her need a How To because there isn't enough time for trial and error. Bless you and may your knowledge spread far and wide.

Your message is heard and deeply felt. TVs left us when we moved to our current home (neighboring county) and my kids wanted to stay inside and watch it. Cut it off and told them to go outside. I’m an RN who worked oncology, then hospice. No one, doctor or not, has the answer to how long someone has left. And I’ve witnessed what was supposed to be “impossible” according to doctors. Only the good Lord knows the answer. We aren’t as sustainable as I’d like to be (reliant on power company and have county water) but we’re working on it. We have food sources in place and are learning all we can. Just planted amaranth recently and am excited to see how that goes. And yes, I LOVE and believe in books! Encyclopedia of Country Living is one I recommend to anyone who asks about learning self-sufficiency. Thanks for your words and not shying away from speaking truth.

I'm up early because we have a very busy Tuesday today. Pulled up all my tomato plants in the 4x6 bed. Starting to get disease, and with 100 degree temperatures expected this next couple of weeks, they would've stopped producing anyhow. We've gotten over 7 gallons now of them, so I'll take it. Cucumbers going strong still! The cooler nights have been an early season boon in a way, I guess! Here come the summer doldrums of finishing and processing the harvest and preparing for fall planting!
We definitely want to do the electroculture soon.
Print it, put it in a folder, or memorize it and file it in your brain, because this river of knowledge will be flowing below ground again before we realize!
I couldn't have picked a better way to start our day, and couldn't agree more with absolutely everything you said, 'that word' included!
We are pretty close to the sidewalk. We strive to learn constantly, and build ourselves slowly but surely, a foundation of stone of knowledge. The day we stop learning is the day we pass from this life.

We have a new neighbor whose a current HOA nightmare. Treating us like we are breaking their rules & acts like he can control everything. So far he's been greatly disappointed, when I didn't let him bully, manipulate or control or threaten me & stood up for my youngest son & myself.
He was trying to figure out how to water their acreage after they bullied us to take out our irrigation system that watered both properties for yrs.
It shouldn't, but it continually surprises/shocks me whenever I run into people like this. They've put our property/livestock at risk & I'm not happy. I spend a lot of time praying to be a nicer person then what this person turns me into, anytime we speak. They are focused on the ability their sidewalk may give them, but show constantly they have no clue what to do in a bad situation.
Most who might know have passed or because of their age, depend on conveniences now cause their unable to do hardwork.

Still have not planted the zucchini yet. My xhusbands brother had a heart attack. He lives in Canada. He had to wait 3 weeks in line for an EKG machine.

@@JNoMooreNumbers no, an EKG is heart related. He needs an EEG which is where they connect 23 leads to your head to track your brain waves so they can see which area of the brain is causing the seizures. But I was flabbergasted it's going to take that long to have it done too & in the meantime he continues to have seizures!

MR DANNY: This video is absolutely one of your top best! A wealth of information, both aspects as to gardening and also Godly. A lot to pray about and learning skills and a different ways of growing food. I’m going to send this video to my son with the hope that he will feel compelled to start taking actions needed now and keep striving toward the goal of living off the sidewalk. Danny, I want to sincerely thank you for your words to us. My very being knows you are correct.
I’m looking forward to the video you mentioned about saving seeds. I’m trying to learn to garden, starting last year, but have more failures than success. But I’m not giving up. I remember my Mom, starting when I was growing up, saying “Knowledge Is Power”. How very true. May God continue to Bless you and Ms Wanda!

Danny I've been watching you're videos for quite some time but not been able to get through halfway yet. You make more sense than anything or anyone I have ever heard before. This world has really gone to the pits of hell. Unfortunately I am one of those that am department on the government. There's nothing I can do about it at this stage of my life. I'm 67 and disabled and live alone and don't have any family. But I still do some gardening. As much as I can find a spot the sun shines anywhere around my house. And I'm out scooting around with my scooter. It's hard but I don't let it stop me. I've learned a lot from watching you and Wonda. Just started watching Wonda too. Love you both. Hate to see you are going to cut back on making your videos but I understand. I do have a question about the okra solution for blood pressure. Do you sip on it every day to keep blood pressure down or how often is it recommended? I know your not a Dr and I'm not taking it literally but I would like to try it. I also take meds for diabetes. Any suggestions? Thanks so much. God bless you and Wonda. 🙏🙏

It's for blood sugar not pressure. My mom would sip on it several times a day.

I don't have your acreage so I plant 3 gardens a year. It's amazing what you can grow in less than half an acre if you plan it well, have the ability to water if needed and live in an area that the climate allows 3 if not 4 crops a year. Think outside the box. You would be surprised what you can do with what you have. Get an Aerogarden for herbs or grow bags on your deck or porch. Get a cheap greenhouse to start your seeds early and extend your growing season. Then WORK your garden. It's not light work but you will eat. I have a bookcase full of 'off grid' type books. I bought Kindle books and download those and store that device in and EMP safe bag. Just use the common sense God gave us all. Blessings.

"If you know where to go, it's there." That's informative, as well as comforting to know that maybe somebody knows what the hell is going on. I think the whole thing is so convoluted that no one has a clue what's actually taking place. From what I see so far, this is beyond our control. Faith in Our Father and Love are the only things that will get us thru this demonic attack. Prep, Pray, and Stay out of the Way...

Howdy Danny and Wanda. Sorry to hear no rain 😪
Gardening going to a close for you and starting up here in Iowa now.
Glad have water for the cows over at the other place. Being so hot they need water.
Would be nice to have garden a little closer to some water.
I am trying to watch as often as I can and if you don't do as many videos perhaps we can catch up on some of other videos you've done along with Porch Time. And I can catch up with Krazy Daze too ☺
Thank you for talking about living beyond the sidewalk. I am doing all I can to not use city water and power.
I appreciated that you shared about using those outdoor solar lights. I use them around the house and also bring some charged ones inside during the evening hours.
If they take social security away I'll just deal with not having it.
In the meantime I'm growing food, canning it, dehydrating and everything I can do to feed myself.
I've ordered some seeds this year only from trusted sources and using seeds I've saved. I'll save more this year as well.
I am going to watch your videos on saving seeds to make sure not missing anything.
I've got chicks and hope to get a few more for eggs and meat. Looking for a local supplier for meat not using vaccines and
    other things.
I live on a limited income and if I was foolish enough to live in the sidewalks I'd be in super trouble.
Using a compost toilet and doing my laundry in a bucket and hanging to dry. Sure takes more time but it works.
Almost have my ponds done so will have water as long as have rain. And filter it all anyhow to get junk out.
When I was homeschooling my kids I bought every older book I could. They rewrite history with lies all the time even back 40 years ago when my kids were younger they were doing it. Having a library is vital! if internet is gone then I'll use what I have to learn from.
I've got myself off any medicine even though medicare still takes money out I don't even use. Twisted medical system that robs the people.
His understanding is so needed. I can have all the wisdom and be ever learning and never coming to any understanding but I choose not live like that.
Interesting you mention the different micro climates. I have that here and learning a lot what works and where.
    Planting forever gardens...yes!
Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom and understand.
I helps me so much as I go forth day by day.
    Rich blessings to you both
    💞
