I think one thing that is really good to note about the sharpshooter as well is that he can actually be quite an effective bullet sponge for Dark Favour, since he can auto retain 2 saves from his camo cloak!

About the 'Sacrilegious Actuation': The wording does not support Chris' interpretation. The second part is not independent from the first, it does not have 'You can select', it instead says 'Select one'. So you can not bank Blood tokens this way, you can either transfer one from one operative to another, or one from the pool to an operative.

I had assumed this was what Chris meant but mispoke. You have to do the last part (assigning a token) but can optionally do the first part AS WELL as the 2nd - so as you say, you can either assign a Blooded token from your pool, or transfer one from one operative to another

Reading the commsman ability - am I right in thinking that the last half always has to be done (assigning a blooded token to an operative), but the first part (removing one from an operative) is the part that is optional as it says "you can" do it? Whereas the 2nd half just says outright to select an operative to give a token, and at the end says this operative cannot perform this action while within Engagement Range of an enemy operative, or if you cannot assign a Blooded token?
Just confused because Chris said you can do the first part and/or the 2nd. Makes it sound like you could do the first part and not the 2nd, but when reading it, it sounds like the 2nd half is mandatory
Edit: Just finished listening to the whole thing now. This was great! I haven't painted my Blooded team yet, and haven't had a chance to play them, but I really can't wait
