Great reaction! Liked and subbed. They are from Ukraine and you havent seen anything yet! I discovered them about a year and a half ago by stumbling on to a Pisces reaction video, and they have been my favorite band ever since. They have 4 full length albums and two EPs out, and not a single bad song to their name. Everyone is blown away by Tatiana at first, but you will quickly realize the entire band is ridiculously talented at every position. Most people react to Perennial live at Wacken 2019 as a follow up to Pisces, which is phenomenal. But, if you want an even better live performance (and song imo), check out Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev.

Jinjer rabbit hole is deep. The musicians are vlad ,Roman, Eugene are masters of there craft. Tatiana is the best in the business when it comes to vocals. She also write all the lyrics for there music

They are from Donetsk is eastern Ukraine, where the fighting started in 2014. The guys were stuck in Kiev when the current fighting started, but were eventually allowed to leave to tour and be ambassadors for Ukraine.
Her name is Tatiana, she is mostly self taught. She can switch easily between the clean and harsh, because she uses the false vocal folds and not the vocal chords for the harsh. Otep and Randy Blythe (Lamb of God) are big harsh vocal influences for her.
This live session was done to showcase Vlad on drums, he had joined not long before this. But it went viral because of her vocals. Vlad is classically trained on piano, and self taught on drums. Roman on guitar and Eugene on bass. All 3 are awesome musicians, they write the music, and Tati writes most of the lyrics.
The usual next step is to see her do it live, with either Perennial at Wacken 2019 or Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev. A couple of my favorites are Vortex and Home Back. The later is about the fighting in their homeland in 2014.

to answer your questions at the end:
    1) the band is from Ukraine
    2) the emblem in the circle at the bottom corner you saw was the logo for their record label Napalm Records, based out of Austria (yes, that's an Austrian coat of arms).
    Knowing is half the battle.

Welcome to the Jinjer family! We have such sights to show you! Perennial live at Wacken, Vortex, Disclosure, Teacher Teacher, Wallflower…can’t go wrong with anything they do. Tremendous musicians.

Tatiana started to delve into harsh vocals by screaming at cars as they drove past on the highway.
Welcome to the Jinjer rabbit hole.
The next step is traditionally either:
JINJER - Judgement (& Punishment) - Tatiana Shmayluk - One Take Vocal Performance
JINJER - Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019) | Napalm Records
The one-take vocal performance of Judgement & Punishment is an intimate view of Tatiana singing and showing off much of her range up close.
Perennial Live at Wacken shows just how much of a commanding frontman Tatiana is and how badass the band is.
As time progresses, you will realize it's not easy to pick a favorite member of the group. Each person is a fantastic musician.
I just discovered Jinjer almost exactly a year ago to this date and had no idea how far down a rabbit hole I was about to go down. I've watched nearly everything available from them online. I've listened to them every day. And had the pleasure of seeing them live.....they are very much the real deal. Beautiful, jazzy, heavy and dark all at once.
Seeing them live is something not to miss. Have seen hundreds of shows from just about every genre of music over the last 35 years and Jinjer is right up there. And Tatiana sits right alongside an in-his-prime HR of Bad Brains as the most magnetic frontman I have seen live. She just fuckijng owns it.

Loudwire interviewed Tatiana in their "How I Learned To Scream" series, she explains her motivation and early practice routines. It's really a fun watch.

I don't care for screaming in music either, but I love this band. Not only is Tati a Goddess, but she changes up styles along with the band. They're very progressive, and all top shelf musicians.

A few answers here already but to add to it Tatiana heard early bands which used the technique and wanted to sound like those singers. Once she learned the technique she still felt like she sounded too female so she worked on sounding more like the guys. Needless to say she succeeded. Jinjer is from Ukraine.

There might be hope. Tatiana has been a gateway drug for a lot of folks to get into screaming and growling vocals. Perennial live at Wacken is the usual follow-up, especially to see them do their thing on stage, but there's o wrong Jinjer song to do next. Subbed. Cheers!

I saw her live this summer and she is amazing live. It is using your false vocal chords. It’s how she keeps from damaging her voice.
They’re a Ukrainian Metal Band. Prayers for them and their country and families. 💙💛💙💛

3:09 - The problem is not your keyboard, it's YT changing stuff again without any warning. 😒 If you click with the mouse in any of the player's functions, the space bar doesn't pause anymore until you click in the "Pause" button with the mouse again. The only way to pause regardless of where you clicked previously is with the "k" button.
