That tape is actually called "Wire Harness Tape" they probably used it cause a big heat shrink tube wasn't practical there. I love that stuff.

Why didn’t you just get a wiring harness from a 02 crv that has a k24 and the 99 crv and splice in what is needed for the k24 it would be cheaper and easier

For my k20 civic. I didnt wire the fan switch (green) cause kpro can control that. Its optional. You can maybe reference some stuff off hybrid racing install page. Hopefully that helps. Im typing before i finish watching video too

I was thinking of buying a harness. Good thing i didnt.
Takes me back to years ago I bought a Rywire harness paid an arm and leg for it to not be wired right. Took it to a local shop to figure it out. I didnt know anything about wiring why I paid to have a pro do it. Rywire response oh we could of figured it out over the phone. I didnt have time for that.

Can you help me with my b20z2 static? Seems too lag in 1st gear when giving a lot of gas, once past 3k it smoothen out, and accelerates as normal... idk if it’s the ECU or spark? It’s a p28 ECU
Basically from 1k-3k it’s lags and bogs.. after 3k it accelerates as normal
For the cam sensors. If you get them wrong. Youll see retard -20 timing degree in kpro and car will over heat very fast. Thats what happened to me. Switched the plugs and everything was good.

Maybe its not a real rywire but a fake from ebay. In your other video of the DA thats a real rywire, it has the yellow labels he always uses. Not one wire has the yellow tags all rywire harnesses use therefore its a fake.
