      Have you considered trying Methylene Blue?
      It increases oxygen levels in the entire body... Including the brain. It is a small enough molecule to pass through the brain blood barrier.

    I went through something similar 53 years ago my wife was in the hospital for over 3 month, she was on a motor cycle and run head on into a car, broke her leg in 13 places between the knee and ankle. They were going to take her leg off but a young Doctor just back from Vietnam thought he might be able to save it. He did, she was in the hospital for over 3 months and she was in a wheel chair for over a year before she started to walk. We had two small children at the time. This Oct we will be married 59 years. Now my wife is in better shape than I am. Don't ever give up hope, I wish you and your wife the best, you got to have faith thing will continue to improve. Bill theminkman

    I had a subarachnoid-brain hemorrhage aka a bleeding stroke 13 years ago.
    If I eat 1/2 to a whole of an avocado daily then there is a dramatic and definite improvement in the quantity and ease of my speech.
    This effect is not permanent and lasts 1-2 days.
    So far I know this has worked for me, maybe it will help your wife too!

    2 things. 1. today I was listening to a video on Methylene Blue. In discussing NO-nitric oxide- the subject was mentioned that CO2 was better than NO. CO2 level is required to help transport oxygen into the cells. The comment was made that in hyperbaric oxygen chambers, some CO2 should be introduced as well as the oxygen. This makes the chamber much more effective at getting the O2 into the cells.
    2. Methylene Blue is very good for healing the brain, healing the cells of the brain, and specifically the mitochondria of the cells. Improves things like memory and recall etc. Amazing stuff in many ways.
    Well, thing to do your own research or inquiry into.

    I've done 50-60 HBOT at 2.0X ATA 100% oxygen hard chamber-- 15min up, 60 min pressurized, 15 min down. amazing epigenetic potential, wildly important for restoring normalized blood flow in the brain post-covid or stroke

    Didn't know about the HBOT cycling, very interesting! I've been recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME) for 2+ years now, and have found the Wim Hof breathing technique beneficial in my recovery. I can feel my body repairing itself at an increased rate while doing the breathing exercises. It consists of 30 deep breaths followed by a breath hold of around 1.5 minutes repeated 3 times. I also have a blood oxygen meter because I've had problems with that and have found that the breath hold portion of the breathing exercise drops my blood oxygen level to 87% near the end. Guess I've been doing poor man's cycling HBOT haha.
    edit: I have also heard HBOT helps with CFS/ME but given my condition has improved greatly, it might not be worth the cost to me anymore

    Wear a mouth guard or retainer while sleeping. It won't help fix the damage you already have but it will reduce the chance of future damage. You are still stressing and will be for a while. You just might not realize the damage is continuing. A dentist can mold a retainer in one visit.

    HI Rimon: First of all you are the kind of husband's women dream so caring and loving, it is so mazing. It is inspiring to not only watch your wife's journey to recovery but also your analysis of data and evidence. I wanted to share just recently saw a video from "The Proof with Simon Hill, he interviewed Cardiologist Dr. Mohammad Alo, who was saying "fish oil , EPA/DAH can not only raise LDL and cholesterol but cause Atrial Fibrillation". If you can do a video on that to see if true will be appreciated it. Besides what others suggested for you teeth, a retainer/mold, or advice on the book, perhaps a final solution would be doing Veneer on your teeth and this can elongate most of your teeth, not sure if would affect your taste buds [I had them done no change in taste] but also cosmetically an improvement. I think you also need to take better care of yourself with relaxation at night and anxiety over wife's health. my best wishes for your wife's recovery and your keeping your resilience to stay in this challenge with love and gratitude.

      @WellnessMessiah  Год назад

      Hi thanks for the kind words. I'll look into fibrilation, most fish oil are actually oxidized and bad for you, which could be a cause.
      I think the veneer idea is excellent. Any extra advice on what to ask from the dentist? Type fo veneer, or any lesson you had from using that on your teeth?

    Firstly, I would like to wish you and your wife all the best in life, and good health!!! ❤
    If you may, I have a question about HBOT and supplements.
    I'm doing daily sessions of HBOT (the cyclic type). In your opinion, what's the best time to take my supplements (some of them also have anti-oxidant properties)? Currently I'm taking them about three hours after each session.
    Or should I avoid taking these while on HBOT therapy, because they could blunt the adaptations, similarly to exercise? Many thanks 🙏

    I heard that choline sulfate is the only form that doesn't raise TMAO. I don't know if it is true. It seems to be kind of hard to procure.
    To regenerate the nerves perhaps you can have a look at hericium, it regrows the nerves. Getting a good quality hericium product is not obvious.

    "Mildly hyperbaric" (~1.3-1.5 atmospheres), "mildly hyperoxic" (30-40% O2), and (if possible for you to obtain) "mildly hypercarbic" (aka hypercapnic; ~1% CO2) should be just as (or more) effective (and less toxic) than the 100% HBOT (and much less expensive, if you buy a 'soft shell hyperbaric unit'). Good supplementation, as you are well aware, including methylene blue (no more than 0.5 mg/kg body weight), acetyl-L-carnitine, R-alpha-lipoic acid, CoQ10 (at least 400 mg twice a day, even up to 1000 mg twice a day, as for some mitochondrial myopathies), etc.... Correct the underlying disorder, which led to the stroke...has this been identified yet? Yahua shalom!

    • @WellnessMessiah

      Interesting protocol, never thought of going that high with CoQ10. need to look into methylene blue.

    • @WellnessMessiah

      What's your take about the ideal methylene blue. 0.5/mg is ideal, or less than that?

    • @jaykent1836
      @jaykent1836 Год назад

      @@WellnessMessiah re: methylene blue--> inverted U dose/response curve; so, would stay with 0.5-1.0 mg/kg. If finances can support it, look into a "permanent magnet array" mattress, for the hyperbaric chamber (and, even your wife's regular mattress). Use the North Pole of the magnet array (needs to be ~3500-4000 Gauss) and keep magnet array as close as possible (I know, comfort) to body (field strength-->inverse square law)...there could be hundreds of high-strength magnets in a well-designed array (must cover entire body area when reclining). A surround-the-body "Near Infrared" light system has been shown to energize mitochondria, but be aware that the LED's must be of the needed frequency (wavelength) and intensity (this is almost never the case, so, I prefer the old-fashioned "fluorescent-tube-like" IR lamps, but they are now harder to find). Dr. Michael Hamblin, Mass. General Hospital/Harvard, is the photobiology X-pert (see his numerous articles on the topic). Finally, before you doze off, don't forget to read Dr. Sinclair's Group most recent paper on "small chemical molecule" activation of cells to a more "stem-cell-like" epigenomic state, which could assist in your wife's healing. www.aging-us.com/article/204896/pdf (there are many more related articles, so research this area).

My mother was sick in the hospital in Los Angeles 60 years ago, the bill was over $500,000. My dad was able to pay this but not everyone would have been able to. @@WellnessMessiah You are associated with Dr. David Sinclair and he is at Harvard. I thought you might be from Israel by the name Rimon which I saw on Arutz Sheva as I read the English every day. I was tempted to correct your English which is pretty good except I noticed the subject of your sentence was singular but the verb (in the predicate) was plural. That won't make a difference in your laboratory but outside the lab the perfectionists in your medical profession may not pay as much attention to what you say because it isn't said in impeccable English. if you ever have a bit of spare time perhaps you could audit or sit in on a beginner's English class to get the idea of 'agreement' between subject and predicate of an English sentence.
      If you are working in Israel I don't know how you concentrate on your work with all the mishugas in the streets there plus terrorist attacks. I hope you can live in a country with socialized medicine for your wife's sake...and yours too when you get the medical bills. Be well!
