I am glad you are able to appreciate my country because for many decades all you heard about this country was how the bad and scary it is. My America husband and I always try to visit El Salvador every other year and I love ❤️ it. We always have fun. The colors are vibrant and fun.
Two things that fascinate me regarding Central America are the colorful buildings and the beautiful murals that seem to be everywhere! Okay, three -- the food, but that's a given. 😆 😎👍🦅👀

All this years I kept wondering why the Mexican elotes tasted different. I had forgotten about the black "sauce" it definitely makes a difference. Can't wait to go back and eat all the local foods 🤗🤗🤗

Wow. I went to Panchimalco long long time ago. How much it has changed for good. That artist is amazing. "Atol de elote" and "elotes locos" are very tasty. Pachimalco is 100% the Salvadorian escence. Great you went there. You should go to Suchitoto by the Suchitlan lake. It is about one hour away or maybe less from San Salvador. Google it to have some reference. You can ask for Mr. Robert Broz there, who is a guide. He is American married to a Salvadorean woman. They used to have a hostal, and as far as I know, his wife gives pupusas making classes. Keep having fun guys and please keep uploading more great videos. Warm regards. I almos forgot to mention that the guy with the wistle played bird like sounds, he said one of them was a "Chonte" which is the local name for Clay-colored Thrush (Turdus grayi) and then he played the sound of the smallest owl we have in the country, he said: "Aurorita" or "Aurora" which is the local name for Ferruginous pygmy owl (Glaucidium brasilianus). I am a bird watcher in El Salvador and that is why I know their names .😃 take care.

Wow. I went to Panchimalco long long time ago. How much it has changed for good. That artist is amazing. "Atol de elote" and "elotes locos" are very tasty. Pachimalco is 100% the Salvadorian escence. Great you went there. You should go to Suchitoto by the Suchitlan lake. It is about one hour away or maybe less from San Salvador. Google it to have some reference. You can ask for Mr. Robert Broz there, who is a guide. He is American married to a Salvadorean woman. They used to have a hostal, and as far as I know, his wife gives pupusas making classes. Keep having fun guys and please keep uploading more great videos. Warm regards.
I almos forgot to mention that the guy with the wistle played bird like sounds, he said one of them was a "Chonte" which is the local name for Clay-colored Thrush (Turdus grayi) and then he played the sound of the smallest owl we have in the country, he said: "Aurorita" or "Aurora" which is the local name for Ferruginous pygmy owl (Glaucidium brasilianus). I am a bird watcher in El Salvador and that is why I know their names .😃 take care.
