2 seasons and 2 games I've seen enough, he's not a HC. Not even an OC. He's an Offensive assistant that designs plays. Great dude, great human being but the front office got Flores wrong and unfortunately Mike McDaniel wrong. They won't survive a 3rd coaching change. The pregnant pauses and um's aren't funny anymore. Ross needs to stop hiring 1st time HC's.
