5 sets of 30 rep max leg press will blast your strength, but it's meant to have depth so go lighter and don't wear a belt or knee wraps. If you're up for it do 20 sets of 30 rep max a set of leg press as your entire leg routine no belt no knee wraps go lighter. For every 5 sets change your leg width, start normal width for 5 sets, then wide width next 5 sets, then close width next 5 sets, and back to normal width next 5 sets. You can do a shock routine of just power movements for your whole body the week. 5 sets a lift works miracles for every lift, that's why Lee Priest handles weights so well.
Another suggestion is do your entire week long routine in one day, and do it again for 3 times that week 48 hours apart, but every lift is static, start just 1 set a lift static, and then if your body feels like it do up to 2 sets in all per lift static per full body routine, don't do anything else just focus on the quality of static. Static helps with injuries and also builds back up monster strength while being really easy on the body. People have reported going back up 200 pounds in lifts with just one static routine. In static you get a spotter, and lower weight half way down on the first part of the repetition and pause holding the weight there as long as possible, it needs to be a weight heavy enough to where you can't hold it over 20 seconds, and you can hold it for atleast 10 seconds.
Some people reported doing static only for a couple months and their lifts would keep increasing 100 pounds each static routine to where they had it years ago. I did some static with two bars 4 feet apart by having both my arms on each side holding it feet off of the ground (like gymnasts rings) at 260 pounds of bodyweight, and a lot of nerve damage, damaged tissue, damaged joints, etc. healed in a high percentage the next day. I'll do static for a couple months I think. This is exactly what Tom Platz did. Isometrics doesn't compare at all.
You can do 30 rep maxes for a period with all reps and sets of all lifts. For leg press it's really powerful especially. You could also do drop sets every set of 12 rep max then drop down to 30 rep max for all 5 sets of every lift every routine for awhile. I know 12 rep max sets are for size and hypertrophy. 30 rep max doesn't do this, especially long term, but it indirectly blasts strength by giving the muscle groups a lot more elasticity where you do them until you pleateau, go back to 12 rep maxes until you plateau on those, and then keep repeating the same process until you taper off in both cases. This is integral for big guys that lift really heavy.
You just do static until you pleateau, even during season training it will blast the size of your muscles. Especially at 3 times full body a week you may plateau quickly, and you will blast your muscles. Off season training is very important too. What 30 rep maxes do is vastly strengthen your muscles and open them up for a lot more growth with 12 rep maxes because the muscles work long opening up weaker areas of muscles to grow, also developing blood flow, joints, cartilage, and central nervous system since the proper high stimulus for muscles hasn't been done for decades. Muscles get worked down doing 12 rep maxes for years where developing that endurance with 30 rep maxes fixes that, especially for big guys your size.

Jay, you have a great attitude and work ethic but you look like you're getting tired. I can tell you how to get your energy, strength, speed, youth, vitality, and stamina back. You look like you're burned out and having a hard time getting up. I can give you powerful suggestions on affordable supplements and food. I don't recommend wearing any knee wraps, belts, hand harnesses, or using chalk. It just holds you back. Instead go light and use weights you can handle without them. Go in a full range of motion, for squats that's ass to grass. You may want to switch to all dumbbells and machines too, except barbell arm curls and seated preacher curls.
Also do 30 rep maxes on all of your lifts, 5 sets a lift all lifts. You can call Martin Pytela at Life-Enthusiast to calibrate how much MPS-Gold 100 you need, it's very powerful in producing stem cells in the body, he says for chronic fatigue to be completely cured for aging people or those that put a load on their body for years is $100 worth a week, 1 ounce has the concentration of 40 gallons of aloe vera. You can have legal testosterone cypionate to get to total testosterone of 1200 to 2100 to 3000. Then get legal injectable 10IU daily human growth hormone for a few months to heal stuff like damaged back, and IGF-1, then when human growth hormone did It's job go down in human growth hormone amounts Dr. Rand McClain recommends.
Use TB500. I can give you suggestions to make you feel really young and rejuvenated, you can even compete if you want to. Just ask me. I also have a friend you can talk to. I wonder why Dr. McClain hasn't helped you with this, unless you didn't think to ask. You could also use his stem cell therapy, he may know of other chemicals in his regular practice. My stem cell suggestions are also powerful and cheap. I don't make any money on this. I'm concerned of damaged tissue, nerves, bones, joints, heart, liver, kidneys, I have a system to make you feel young if you ask for more information. It's cheap.
I can heal those including the heart. You're one of my favorite people and I truly believe I have some of the most powerful information in the world. Martin Pytela and Scott Sommers are informative. You can get some of the stuff I recommend, including what I didn't mention here, and get muscle tested by Scott Summers who is in Sacramento County. I know of other healers too, and they truly work. I just keep the common handful of powerful suggestions. It sucks that you are as good as you are and running into these problems.
I can make you feel internally like you're 20 years old to your age 60s. You're 44 years old which isn't that old. Mike O'Hearn is 4 years older than you but is still performing like a 20 year old. It shows you can get back to that, and you'll just need some powerful suggestions. A great choice for food is green lentils, yams, bananas, raisins, watermelon, coconut water sugar free, and instant quick oatmeal. Mostly complex carbs, those are all very high in minerals. You'll also need some powerful health aids to fix you up it's rare for anyone to know about them, and I can tell you what they are since you put your body through such a high threshold for decades. Believe me, you won't get this level of information from anyone else.
Oh crap! That was 2011, it was a leg day on a huge cycle. I wonder how you're doing now. I still think there's ways to reverse your internal aging problems, Mike O'Hearn is still going strong at a big strength level. One thing I notice about bodybuilders is that they eat low minerals. They also have low antioxidants, organic foods don't cut it but are still good instead of non-organic. Protandim and Nexus Smart 7p water are good choices very high in antioxidants, that water has the highest hydrogen molecules of any ionizer with lots of clinical studies in Japan such as regenerating organ tissue.
The other ionizers lack this but the better ones are equal in high ph and negative oxygen reduction potential. The hydrogen molecules heal so well because they're so small they can penetrate the areas, they're so small they have to be contained in a special container so they don't go through the material and leave the liquid. Symplex C from letstalkheath is strong that also regenerates cells, and the form of vitamin C is many times stronger than IV vitamin C because it is liposomal.
Supreme Sports Enhancement, Velvetrope (Only deer antler velvet that would be stronger is liposomal that is also 80 pounds extracted into one pound, this one is extracted in the same ratio but not liposomal), MPS-Gold 100, injectable human growth hormone, IGF-1, and testosterone cypionate may make a powerful healing combination. When I look more into Dr. McClain he may have more powerful injectables for healing, you would know better than I. He also does stem cells, but the stem cell sources I named are cheap and powerful. Normally genevar is recommended by Supreme Sports Enhancement instead of MPS-Gold 100, but MPS-Gold 100 is more powerful.
TB500 can also be used to heal the heart: bengreenfieldfitness.com/article/supplements-articles/how-to-use-tb-500/
If your cycles are giving you a hard time to sleep, get seroquel. Take seroquel only before you go to bed for complete sleep. I just started taking it and I feel a lot more awake and energetic, deep sleep makes a big difference. I started at 200mg, then 300mg, then 400mg, then 500mg, then 600mg by a week which is where I stay at. I've heard someone takes up to 1600mg before they go to bed.
