So.. Hi & Hello first off 😃. I just found your channel and I watched the video on Asparagus..Which was PERFECT. I use to be so afraid of cooking it & my hubby loves it. A few weeks back I decided to surprise him with it as the side dish for Valentines day. And now I'm cooking it in so many different ways. The family ❤'s it when I grill it with steak in my frying pan. And it's even better as leftovers. So step out of your comfort zone. Next I'm going to tackle Artichokes. Wish me luck 👍

For those asking what sort of cheese, the recipe says Grana Padano, but I've made this many many times with Parmesan and it's delicious too
