    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

      Hi! Just finished day 1. Could not get into some of the movements (holding the leg, in video around 5min) but determined to get into a split before I turn 40 😛 will get back to you in 2 weeks, hopefully my flexibility improved, I dont think I will be able to get the split in 2 weeks but I'm aiming for more flexibility.

    Thank you so much Jacquelyn! I' ve been struggling for two years with spits with poor results! This program is really helpful, I very much liked that you are actually using a pillow. I remember that in your last ten minute program for spits you were recommending a pillow for people with tight hits like me, so I was doing most of the spit stecthes using it. Now though that I see you placing the pillow in the right position, I realize I was not performing the exercises correctly cause I was placing the pillow wrong!

    Nice i do about 15 min on most days; but not progressing. Some flex is good though. When I work legs it is way tighter, and uncomfortable. I can feel nerves down my leg like in the hammies.

    Hi Jacquely, i was looking for a mobility video for front split and i don't know why i clicked on yours, probably because i was curious, i don't know xD.
    However, while i was still looking for the right video, i bumped into in a channel where she/he copied and pasted your videos, not only this one: ruclips.net/video/AHqvvL3q4qQ/видео.html
    I don't know if she/he asked for your permission, in case yes, i'm sorry in advance.
    I'm just pointing it out because i don't like when someone try to steal a work of another one, especially when he/she doesn't say anything :/.
