I live in Florida but I’m not close to a Whole Foods and of course I would shop there as well and I’m just not doing Amazon at the moment, but I surely like the convenience of it!

I love it because I can take it apart and actually wash it. And, if I need to, I can fill it with ice and then add water. Happy travels!

I understand the traffic. Are you taking 95? When I would drive back and forth between Atlanta and upstate NY, I always found back ups and nightmars on 95, so I changed my rout to a bit inland and it was a much smoother relaxed trip. Safe travels and much love💕
I take 95. there was traffic on 95 and there was traffic on the inland road that Renee took from NY. there was just traffic everywhere!! no big deal really, just chuggin' along!! 😊
Hey Lulu did you know you can use the other empty side of the avocado and place it back over the side you didn’t use and it keeps it from turning brown. Thats if you don’t have arugula to put it into. 😊

That's an incredibly clever thing to do with the second half of your avocado, Lulu. Besides loving avocados, that's one of the reasons I eat the whole thing... the second half is never as nice. I will try your method to see how well it works for me, because I do know I don't need to eat the entire thing in one sitting. I hope you continue to work through your sadness and madness. Driving can be a great activity to assist in processing emotions. The left brain is kept distracted by having to pay attention to the road, so your right brain is free to feel and let go without arguments and self chatter getting in the way. Apparently lots of creative people get some of their best inspirational ideas when on the road. It can be great right brain therapy, and is probably why some people find driving so enjoyable.
