    Following spinal surgery and major nerve pain I started craving chocolate.

    For those concerned about heavy metals: First, only buy organic chocolate. Second, know how to periodically remove heavy metals from your body (ideally with an N. D. who understands detoxing and does it in a SAFE manner!) and eat foods that naturally bind to metals. Third, I have been eating massive amounts of various chocolate since I could stand on my two feet ( a LONG time), every day of my life (mid 50s now), and I had a few heavy metal tests done throughout the years. Results: I had ZERO heavy metals in my body. So, in my opinion there are far worse things to enter the body than cacao, when it comes to heavy metals (US drinking water supply, just to name one example). Eat up and enjoy!

      Sounds yummy. I put these ingredients into smoothies all the time. But I spice mine up quite a bit. Chocolate concoctions go really well with cardamom! Divine... and a bit of rose powder with it... now we're talking...😄

    Thank you for making this video. I was concerned I have been consuming too much raw cacao powder in my morning coffee and after evening meals. Now I know it’s okay! I make what I call chocolate bark with various nuts, cranberries, coconut flakes then I can freeze it and it lasts a long time. Plus it’s delicious and I use no sugar! Thank you for all of your informative videos.😊

    Wow, that's so awesome! Any suggestions for those of us who've had to limit oxalates due to nearly fatal sepsis caused by huge kidney stones?

    • @mikkikas6821
      @mikkikas6821 9 месяцев назад

      CALCIUM added with high oxalate foods like spinach(#1) and almonds (#2) will help that. Calcium foods like Greek yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese will usher the oxalate from the body before it can damage the kidneys. Still, high oxalate foods should be eaten in moderation. This is one reason I rather "dropped" the spinach and opted for kale instead. I also limit almonds to 4 or 5 a day . I haven't had problem in over 6 years since then 😊

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, Alazar Workneh. CMT is a difficult disorder because it’s one of the few peripheral neuropathy cases that are truly genetically inclined. But, the short answer is yes, you can!
      So, when I’m dealing with a genetic peripheral neuropathy like CMT, the basic foundation is going to be the same you need a complete nerve support formula like what we offer in Nuphoria cm gold and Nerve Defense, and you are also going to need photobiomodulation, also known as infrared therapy. This is extremely crucial when dealing with peripheral neuropathy cases of a genetic disorder and this helps not only slow down the deterioration of the nerve but helps you get ahead with some repair and regeneration.
      If you haven’t seen our videos on "vital nutrients for nerves" as well as "healing with light" I would highly recommend those for you because they’ll give you a better level of understanding. Hope this helps!

    UH, chocolate? You mean cacao, right? Seems like there's some serious confusion in the vid and the comments. Cacao has benefits. Mix it up with a ton of sugar and who knows what and call it "chocolate", not so beneficial.
