Why are the ads for this contour gage saying they invented a "New Tool" ... They have been around for a long time.

they are a tool that you wont use much but when you do it will be very valuble to you.
i wish they made one with longer fingers so you can countour 4-6 " of a shape rather than the 2" they usually do
