We saved the fastest for last at our 1320video Invitational Roll Race and boy did it make for some good racing! These 1000hp street cars came in all shapes and sizes, and some definitely caught us off guard with their unexpected speed!

That’s every 4G63 guy, I have a billet block in my 1992 Eagle Talon Tsi awd. My car makes 1130 wheel horsepower and 1400 crank horsepower. it has a 5 speed manual with a stock transmission with a limited, slip double racing clutch and many more modifications including an 89 mm duel ball bearing turbo and 1600 cc injectors the 2200hp fuel pump I have, ice box, roll, cage, interior delete there’s only a single seat in the car it weighs about 2600 pounds before America got the evo we had the DSM’s and I was obsessed with them I’ve owned over 40 in my life!

The fact that a 30 year old DSM made with about a quarter of the money as most of those cars hung around for that long is a reason why I will always love them. I don’t know Beans personally but I’ve seen him around forever and that car is so ridiculous 😂

I miss mine so much i had a 95 making around 450ish and that was the most fun ive had in a car but i alsoe drove it for almost 2 years and had to get rid of it for my kids dsm for life lol

Dyno costs are pricey...can be close to 1k ...I understand both sides 😂
Because most guys trying to actually go fast do not care about dyno numbers, the best gauge of actual HP is Trap Times/ETs. One dyno can read 900whp and on a different one it can read 820whp. You should take all dyno numbers with a grain of salt
@@ALYXTANKBACKPACK if u want your car properly tuned you take it to a dyno it probably takes half the time or even less to dyno tune a car then to street tune it

Y'all need to stagger the start. That's why you were having so many issues and restarts. The inner car is travelling a shorter distance forcing the outer lane car to "'speed up" to catch up by the cones....and thus having a faster starting speed.

It seemed like the R32 was going super slow to get a run up on it. I'm being honest, everybody else seem to be going the same speed that Evo was when they were leaving to get to the line

Always a bonus when you hop on RUclips and there's a new 1320 video🤘 Shoutout to the 1G DSM's, my first car was a 1993 Eagle Talon TSI AWD w/TBE, Re-wired fuel pump and an MBC turned up to 15psi. Pulled a little weight too, I surprised a lot of people in that thing from a dig. In 2012 people (mostly peers) didn't even know what an Eagle was 😄

I think this is still far away… relatable would be 140hp-350hp cars….

Man that R32 looks good. I like 33s the best and usually not red but that ones sick. Kinda bogus since it seemed the Evo botched the starts the first two times but idk, the grey Evo also was rad to see.
I remeber when everyone disliked the r33...nice to see people have come around on them. Been my fav Skyline since forever. We have been able to legally import them into Canada for awhile now so you even see them pretty often these days...maybe even more than r32.

The surface is really bad, I had to add almost 300 lbs including passenger to have full traction.

Love evo's and gtr's the same but the only real race the the gtr won was a solid race side by side made him re run for him to mess up why not run it back again

Yeah, it's become nutz man. When I was growing up a 375hp Countach was a dream. Now my TT RS made 400hp stock and 505hp with Stg1 tune. Nutzzzzz

Are Dyno runs super expensive, Or are they hard to book in the states? No one seems to know what their power is😅
They cost money but in reality a street tune is better if you can. Things happen on the road that you won’t see on a dyno. For a base map a dyno would be good and safe but street tuning is putting real load on the car you won’t see on a dyno. Also dyno numbers dont really matter and can be diff.
I'm sure some have been on a dyno. They just don't want people to know. It's a street thing.

@zethloveless7238 You can put any load needed on a car with a real dyno. Any hub dyno will suffice, or even a load bearing roller dyno if the traction is there.

Bro... these roll races seem to be a lot of work and reruns. They are great, but. They almost need a pace car or something. Races where the cars won by half a car could honestly be just because they didn't get a good start. Idk close races can't actually be called because none are a fair start

We both had our cars on the dyno about 2 weeks before the event 😊 886 for the rs3 and 1027 for the Ttrs. We both qualified under the 1200hp and under rule, it sucks we qualified in the same class and drew each other first round at chip draw, but that’s just the way it goes 🤷🏻♀️

A few years ago, it would have been nearly impossible to witness a 1000FT roll race final with approximately 850 to 1000 horsepower without two cars equipped with turbocharged or supercharged V8 engines, or even featuring NOS. However, we recently witnessed a final featuring a 4-cylinder all-wheel-drive (AWD) and a 5-cylinder AWD. The 8V RS3/8S TTRS platforms truly showcased their impressive performance capabilities. This kind of video is why I loved so mush 1320video.
