    Paige your hair is really growing still. I personally recommend you trying the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen and Restore Hair Masque. It has peppermint oil in it which aids in hair growth. But use it with heat. After heat and rinsing it out, it leaves your hair so soft and my hair has grown a lot since using it. And try getting you a dryer cap that you use connected to a blow dryer. So much better than a hooded one.

      Thank you for the recommendation 💖 I'll add that masque to my list of products to try.

    You should try Texture ID Deep Treatment Masque. It's the BEST moisturizer I ever used. I found it end of fall last year, and never looked back. I'm on my 4th jar 😂.

      @@GlowupwithPaige you're welcome. I use to have very dry hair in the winter, but last winter was the first time my hair was moisturized like the summer. I was beyond excited.

    Hello Paige, I have seen several of your videos and I loved them all. I have been watching youtube hair tutorials for year and I love it. I would love to have long hair but its so hard. I wanted to ask you do you think its a good idea to go two - three weeks without washing your hair? Most of the women with waist length hair only wash once a month and keep there hair tucked away in a bun at all times. They said just leave it along-what do you think?

      Thank you💖 when it comes to growing out your natural hair it's going to be trial and error finding out which routine works best. I suggest trying it out and see how your scalp reacts to extending your wash day for 2-3 weeks. I know personally for me if I go longer than 2 weeks without washing my hair, my scalp starts to itch like crazy and also flakes. For my girls hair routine I can stretch their wash day for 2 sometimes even 3 weeks if we are super busy with life.

    Is it a protein deep conditioner

    • @GlowupwithPaige
      @GlowupwithPaige  Год назад

      No it's a moisturizing deep conditioner. It's protein free. I forgot to mentioned that in the video.

      @@GlowupwithPaige thank you am low porosity also how often do you do protein treatment

    • @GlowupwithPaige
      @GlowupwithPaige  Год назад +3

      At first I did protein treatments once a month but now I rotate my deep conditioners every wash day. So for example one wash day I would use a moisturizing protein free deep conditioner then the next wash day I would use a strengthening deep conditioner that has protein in it. I find that doing it this way helps to balance the moisture and protein in my hair.
