Talk about problems, but never discuss a solution. LOL Faulty logic on your part. Amazing the following you get when you discuss a problem and suggest a solution.

Omg you are the only one that really explain this issue where I can find some connection . The stool examples you explain I can connect with . No one else gets into that side

These are good presentations... except for the poor audio quality.

Mine is functioning at 7%. Can I do something to reverse it instead of removing?

So how do you fix it so that you can properly release bile into the digestive tract?

That is my question as well. What do I need to do that will cause the bile to be released on its own without taking supplements the rest of my life to force the bile to be released.

I’ve been having stomach issues since I was 15 . I’m 46 now . No doctor has ever helped me . Just anti acid and prescription for gerd . Always had issues with acid reflex , really extreme . And constipation . Stomach issue run in my family but no one has had positive results from doctors. 2 years ago I got to where I seemed allergic/ intolerance to all my foods . Went to the doctor no help so I figured it out myself . Was fine for almost a year and lost 30 pounds . Then it hit me again and gained weight back , get tired, migraines , nausea, bloating , pain etc . Someone told me the other day maybe gallbladder . Everytime I eat I’m a mess even fuzzy thinking , get super cold , tired like my blood pressure lowers Idn just guessing . Last year for 3 months my hair just started falling out . I know have about half the amount. Does any of this seem like it can be my gallbladder ? Please let me know I’m exhausted with all this !

Look up Dr Berg's channel here on RUclips. You sound like you have a lot of mineral deficiencies in addition to gallbladder problems.
